I have been to this store several times and found the employees very professional, not pushy, and helpful. I finally found a chair that I love a few months ago that they didn't have the few times I went in before. My power chair is very pretty, comfortable and works great. Delivery was on time and fast. There inventory is always changing so if you go there , you will definitely find something that you will like. It took me a few times but I finally found the recliner I wanted. The prices of the furniture was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. I priced lazy boy power recliners in the two thousands and got one for less then $700 with exceptional quality. They have a lot of furniture to choose from and can even special order something if you can't find what you're looking for in the store. I am pretty sure this is the store I bought my first recliner from which wasn't a power recliner and it lasted almost nine years and still good before I got tired of it. First it was "factory delays," then "damaged items," then the salesman, Daniel got fired for fraud -- and now the owner, Son refuses to refund my money. It's been months and I'm still out $1,500. Great shop with giant displays, but all the staff including the owner are scamming people. Paid $3000 cash on counter for bedroom set and 2 piece sofa, they even convinced me to pay an extra $500 for delivery and installation which they promised it'll be done(within 4weeks). A staff named Daniel made and provided offical receipt. Been following up on them over fone calls for my delivery, guess what? Their next week or shipment never comes. All i got from them were false promises with smiles. Decided to hop in the outlet personally and ask for my refund, the same guy who received money from me says that the receipt M carrying is fake. I have all the messages in my device of how they convinced me and kept scamming me by promising that the delivery will be done soon. Probably the shittiest customer service Ive ever experienced. You can find some decent deals here. But be sure to read everything carefully. And that guy who works the floor, he'll be friendly and accommodating right up until he has your money, then he turns into a scum bag. I bought a bedroom set, admittedly, I do not regularly buy furniture or sell it, I'm not an expert in how they package and arrange things. I saw a 4 piece set; a bed frame, night stand, dresser/mirror, and a high boy. Looked like a great deal so I bought it. Took it home set it up, no highboy, no problem, I'll come back tomorrow and pick it up. Turns out highboy isnt part of the deal. They consider the mirror to be one piece, and the dresser to be another, even though they dont come separate and they attach with hardware. Whatever, not a big deal. I just point out, that was sneaky, and I'm not psyched about it. What was a good deal, is actually just kind of what this stuff is worth regular. He throws a fit, starts yelling "No you knew before you bought it" over and over, walking around the store, waving me off dismissively like I'm trying to get something out of them. Im just a disappointed customer, and this little prick is insulting me all over his store and making a scene. I was ready to just take the L and just say "ok, that was sneaky, you got me" but this guy had a fucking bone to pick or something, he just kept going. He was really close to learning a valuable lesson in customer service/personal safety. I have bought tons of stuff from this store in the last year with no problem until now and I will NEVER go back. Ordered two end tables that I meeded this week on 2/18/15. John told me it would take 7-10 days. I found the same ones for less on line but couldn't get them as fast so I paid more to get them sooner plus I wanted to buy local. NEVER AGAIN! I called a few days ago and was told to call back today by someone who was very rude. I stopped by today and John and the rude person who does the ordering was there. John stated he said business day but that was not the case. The other person was so rude and talked to me like I was stupid and couldn't count days on a calendar and asked for refund and was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee to cancel something they do not even have yet. I would not have ordered them if they had said it would take longer than 10 days since they were cheaper online! I'm done! 25% of a SINGLE STAR is my rating. I can't emphasize enough how CHEAPLY Made this furniture is. Regarding a Chest (Dresser) I purchased. I picked it up in the box and brought it home. Once I got the box home and revealed the Chest, One drawer rail was completely loose and NOT Attached, 6 screws were completely loose and 3 of the 4 Legs were fractured. I spent 2 hours gluing and fastening the Chest together and made it far better than the actual Manufacturer. I went back to the store trying to get some money back for the 2 hrs of my time I spent fixing the crap I received and was laughed at. I was told to return the damaged item that I had to get my own help and transportation, to load and haul it back to the store. I MADE IT BETTER than what I received. If you choose to buy something here, open the Box at the Store first to make sure you actually receive what you paid for. I bought 2 couches from here about 4 years ago. They looked great for about 3 years before the thin coating that made it look like leather started peeling off. Additionally, I jave had to replace the hardware for all of the recliners already. The prices are good, but when you have to replace the couch every 3-4 years, the value is just not there. So it started off as a great experience then went down from there. Picked out furniture, approved for finance then she e-signed without my permission and claimed there was no contract to print. I went home, got a contract by email with my signature on it, ha. 23 months at $207.15 a month for a 1300 dollars couch. Came in the next morning to cancel, she gave me a bad attitude. I started renovating my home in 2023 and as the interior began to take shape, I became very stressed about finding complementary furniture. He was very patient as I changed my mind several times and walked him all over the store. He talked through my vision with me and made recommendations that took me outside my comfort zone but fit my vision perfectly. I got a little carried away and got nervous when I saw the bill. The price was beyond reasonable for the quality of furniture, but I was still over budget. He talked me through their many financing options and worked with me to create a payment plan that fit my budget and the timing of my project. He also worked with me on a delivery date that would allow me to complete renovation while Furniture Clearance Outlet stored my purchase. I realized that my vision was incomplete, so I returned to the store. Daniel, not the same as Dan :), helped me to order more pieces from the same collection and worked with me on pricing and the appropriate payment method. Similar to Dan, Daniel was extremely patient and made recommendations when I could reconcile colors and decor. He recalled my previous order and leveraged various catalogs to ensure all pieces were complementary. On this second visit, Daniel encouraged me to think more broadly, but I stuck to my narrow scope. So, after the first two orders were delivered, I humbly made my way back to the store for another consultation. Daniel smiled, welcomed me in, and worked with me for almost an hour to find the final pieces. This time, there was no budget. Daniel encouraged me to explore Synchrony Home financing, same as cash for six months. I was nervous about not being approved and he assured me that if I wasn't there were other options. I was approved and received the final pieces today. Both deliveries were seamless. Dan and team consulted with me on placement, moved pieces around I tested options, were very caring of my home, and removed all packaging when they were leaving. Can I tell you? This was the best experience and my beautifully furnished home is the proof. Sometimes God and the Universe smile on you and send you to those who can help you realize your vision. This place is the worst. Do not buy furniture here. We purchased an expensive dining table set with 6 chairs. Waited a month for it to arrive and then they delivered chairs that were dirty. When I confronted the delivery guy about it he said it's white chairs and that they were gonna get dirty anyways so I should just suck it up. Umm no, you don't pay for a zero mileage car and accept one with 50k miles just b/c miles are gonna add up eventually anyways. I called Jennifer to explain and she agreed to order new ones. So I wait another month and get new chairs that were delivered and they are also dirty! Like not small spots but full on black marks on white chairs. They keep sending me display/used products trying to pass it on as new. They also won't accept a return. Seriously worst furniture shopping experience. Special Ordered a bed. Upon receiving the bed notice serval dings and pings on the bed most likely happen when the bed was installed. I reached out the furniture clearance to see if we could get it replace or fixed. The bed was all of 3 days old and furniture clearance was beyond unprofessional and didn't stand behind the product or its install staff that most likely damaged the bed. They told me oh well its nothing we can do and you're are basically stuck with a damaged bed. I will never give them business again or recommend to shop at the store. HORRIBLE! DONT SHOP HERE! 0 stars! Two sets of recliners were delivered damaged they were returned rite away since there returned policy is only 24 hrs. A second set of recliners came in and it was also damaged, one recliner was ripped and second recliner will not open unless you wiggle. My father who purchased this recliners called again to returned and they told him to wait because they were so new that's why is not opening. Of course they wanted him to wait 24 hrs so that there policy would not allow the returned. He called the next day upset because what he has purchased came in damaged again. They have disrespected him and myself telling him to write his complaint in English my dad can't write in English so they had the audacity to tell him you been in this country for more than 40 yrs and you still can't write in English. They've also told me, why am I here, I'm not who signed so they don't need to talk to me- I'm here to represent my father and i can be here if I want he feels more comfortable with me being here. They have no respect and don't know nothing about costumer service. They refuse to returned the recliners, my father called just now and said I'll keep the chairs just have someone come and fix them they said no. PEOPLE PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service. I walked in at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. No one else in the store. No acknowledgement of my presence. I had to inquire where the entertainment stands were and the man literally pointed and said, "We keep them over there in the corner." Why escort me or find out if I needed assistance? So I head over there and do actually see a thing or two that I may like. Again, no assistance or offer. I walk back over to the man and just stand there. He says, "Did you see anything that you liked?" Clearly customer service is lost on him as I'm standing there with a bewildered look on my face. I inquire if he's the only one working and he says, "No. The young man lying down there is as well," and points to an individual watching a big screen in a recliner. Nice. When I grow up I want to work somewhere that I can sit down, treat people like crap, and still get paid. I wouldn't recommend them nor step foot in their store again. Not a great first impression, walked in and there were two sales guys , on was finishing up with a customer and the other one was watching some kind of show, the one that finished with customer slightly took a few steps towards me and said hello from afar. I walked around a few times and not one approached me to see if i needed anything, i hovered around 1 couch but the two were busy watching TV, didn't want to interrupt. Usually when you're a sales person you want to greet everyone one and check on them as your intentions is to make a sale not watch them go in circles waiting for one to at least introduce them selfs and ask if there's any question..... He said he couldn't deliver to Rio Vista until the end of the month to avoid traffic to Rio Vista and the drivers don't go out there often. I called him again to see if they could deliver sooner but I would of had to take off work since they only deliver 1-3 so I declined and kept my delivery date for the 23rd. I called to cancel the sectional and get a refund since I found another one that could be delivered this weekend and Steve said I would be charged 25% which is over $600 to cancel. The sectional is in the store. They didn't have to order it or restock it. Steve was so rude on the phone and basically said too bad, either pay the $600 or have it delivered.
