Well we spent 10k in a bedroom set bed and it does not feel like a California king and you would think they'd give some pillows or something for spending so much money we are not satisfied the bed feels like a regular king and my old sheets does not fit my old sheets are super big now! On Father's Day 2025 we decided to visit this location for a drawer. I felt like the lady that approached us really wasn't interested in helping us. My salesman Francisco from prior was there and didn't even want to greet us. Before we left we asked if the prices were negotiable? He says sure we can definitely help with that. When we showed the lady not sure her name, the drawer she only offered a fifty dollar discount. The sign outside said big discount sale? I don't think I will be returning to this location. Maybe they give deals to certain people but that furniture store is over price it is not budget friendly I'll give you an example, on Wayfair I purchased an eight seat 100% wood table that 's 72 inches for $700 they had a six seat fake plastic wood table for $1600. They also had one of those cheap sectionals for $1200 that's usually cost $599. They has a square glass coffee table for $1300 which honest should have been $300. When I asked the guy who works there named Francisco, "what kind of deals do you all have? And he said "we don't have deals, the most I can give you is just take off the taxes" and I said, "For all of these items that are overpriced?" I said "You guys have a plastic wood table in the front of store that cost $1600" he looked at me and said "bye ma'am have a nice day and walked off" and I left. They probably give discounts to Hispanics because it is a Hispanic furniture store but I just can't see all these people saying that the stores budget friendly and I'm a human resource manager that makes six figures and when I went in the store the store was overpriced and anyone who shops in his shop for furniture no the Best Friends The store is overpriced and the items aren't high end items so maybe they give discounts for certain ethnicity groups. Update: Due to Covid we keep getting our ottomam pushed back. We have had to call multiple times ourself for an update. The store finally called us tonight to advise due to the current shut down it would be pushed out again. The woman said she wouldnt know about the delivery until January 4th. When I asked to understand where the hold up was she said the product is manufactured overseas. I kept asking how that related to the January 4th date. She could not explain. She told me to look up what's going on in other countries. She originally offered $100 off due to the delay. When I kept asking about why this has been so delayed for months she got frustrated and then tried to refund the entire order. The only reason we bought this couch was because of the ottoman that goes with it. If she had said there's shipping delays and when they are fully staffed once the lockdown is over etc I would have understood. My issue is I can't get a straight answer and the store would rather refund than help me. I am so disappointed with the after service. If you're going to invest in a business right now I recommend going somewhere where you're valued as a customer before and after a large purchase. read more

I purchased a couch set and chairs from here. Not even a year later both the couches are flat. I can feel the wood falling apart inside the couch, the cushions are flat and there is no quality in the material. The chairs have become loose and one chair has fallen apart. Really hate having to give one star. Look in the dictionary under rip off business and you'll see Ramos furniture. Bought a leather living room set and paid for a warranty. Two recliners and a couch. The couch so far is fine. The covering on the two recliners began coming apart within the first year and happened fast in multiple places, many in places I don't make contact with, just spontaneous splits in the fabric. No problem I thought! Called the store, they denied us, saying the warranty only covered accidental damage and not faulty material. Too bad so sad. These guys are the worst, if you buy from Ramos furniture expect the worst and make sure to budget for new furniture soon. read more

This place is right off the freeway and next to winco so decided to stop by since I was in desperate need of couches. There's a huge parking lot so parking won't be an issue. It's huge inside there's a large selection for any furniture you need. There practices are good but the owner was willing to work with us. We got a small sectional over $1k with delivery you literally can't beat that anywhere. The delivery was 2-4 weeks out. By the third week I called and set an appointment for a Saturday from 12-5. At 5 the guys was late and said it would be 7 pm. That time came and went and they called at 9 saying they were behind. Then they schedule another week out and during the week they finally came. The couches are ok not the best quality and a missed appt. I would say come here but be patient cause the delivery is pretty slow. read more

Bought a bed for the mattress I purchased at a different store. Pricing was ok. They worked with us a little bit. I was happy with my purchase at first. I was also ok with the fact that they would need a week to order it then deliver it. I paid in full and took them at their word the delivery would be prompt. It took more than a week for them to even call me about the bed. When they did I missed the call and they didn't leave a voicemail. They never called my "back up number" When I got around to calling them back (not knowing who they were) I was excited to set up my delivery. However after confirming who I was and wear the bed was to be sent the line mysteriously dropped. At this point I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming I wasn't hung up on. Called back - straight to voicemail. Odd Called back 5 minutes later - straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail this time. A few hours later still no call back. Called back in - straight to voicemail. My husband and I went into Ramos Furniture looking for coffee tables. The furniture there is absolutely beautiful and there is a large selection, we just couldn't find something that worked for the space we had. I took a star off because the pricing is a little on the higher side compared to the other furniture stores we looked at in the area even though the furniture was very comparable and high for the fact that they were having a grand opening sale going on at the time. Those sale items were very few. The young gal that tried helping us was very sweet, however seemed nervous and more worried about getting the sale and doing anything she can to prevent us from walking out the door than helping the customer at the demand of whom seemed to be her manager. I can understand that's her job, 'getting the sale' but seriously, sometimes it's better not to try so hard cause then you just push the sale out the door. Would we go back? Sure, we would definately consider them, like I said the furniture was beautiful and there was a big selection. This time though, we ended up going out to a furniture store in Tracy and found the same table we liked from Ramos Furniture at that store and with a better price tag. Oh yeah, for those who are interested. I was on their website and they do offer a layaway plan. We bought couches there less than 2 years ago. The couches came with a warrantee that we were still in when we contacted Ramos. The couches were torn up within a year and the recliners broke as well. We are not destructive people and take care of everything we own. When we contacted Ramos, the lady that originally helped us answered the phone. My partner & I went in there to look for a new couch after being there for over 30 minutes, we were never approached by any members of there staff to help assist us. We bought close to $6k worth of furniture from Ramos in Pittsburg. We bought a sectional couch and three bedroom sets. Francisco was our sales rep. We like the couch and the kids like their bedroom sets. What really impressed me, however, was their communications, customer service and, more importantly, how they stand behind their products that they sell. They called me when they said they were going to call me, they showed up to deliver when they said they are going to show up, and they did what they promised they were going to do. Everyone that we dealt with at Ramos (including all delivery staff) was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is not to say and sing " everything was perfect. " No. Life is not prefect. We had one issue with one of the beds and that's where Ramos five-star customer service kicked in. The issue was taken care of promptly by Ramos Furniture to the full extend of our satisfaction. Here are a few thing that I noticed and you should remember when shopping at Ramos to have a good experience. Ramos Furniture is not a manufacture of all those furniture that you see. They have a showroom where they showcase other manufactures products for you to choose and buy. When you buy a piece from them, if they don't have it locally, they need to order it from the distributor or the manufacture that makes it. That process may take time so you have to be patient. Sometimes the delay is out of their hands. All in all, I want to thank them since writing a positive review is far more enjoyable than sitting here all angry writing a negative review.
