These men are miracle workers. I took them a drawer from an antique Secretary to be refinished. I had tried a product on it and ruined it. These guys refinished the drawer and I can't tell it from the others. Another time I asked them to cut a chest of drawers into two night stands. They made two outstanding night stands. One has the original feet and the top was applied to it and the other is a hybrid with a duplicate top, added filigree trim, and straight legs. They also reshaped base cabinets into bathroom wall cabinets over the commode. read more

They picked up some pieces of a bedroom set to be repaired 3-4 months ago. I never heard anything after a couple of months, so I called them. I was told "only about an hour left of work, and I'll schedule a time to bring it all back in the next couple of days." I never heard anything. Called 2 weeks later, was told the same thing. We keep calling, and they keep saying they are coming back to finish/bring the furniture back, but no action is ever taken. STAY AWAY. VERY POORLY MANAGED. At this point I'm not sure if I'll ever actually get my furniture back. read more

Update on church pews...It is the end of Augest 22 and finally all the pews are back.....been 14 months and finally had to get an attorney involved to get them to get them back. Now waiting for them to come back and finish up all the little stuff they did not do. They said next week.......we'll see. read more

I delivered to FC a 250+/- hand made rocking chair. Twice we discussed upholstery in the 6 months they held my ancestory chair. Stopped by there 4-5 times to check when it will be completed. Many excuses were offered. Finally 4-days ago I got the call that it is ready. They not only stripped the wood but the padding and upholstery too. Picked it up with refinished wood only and they never reupholstered it. Josh even took a photo of the upholstery. Paid the same price but it wasn't reupholstered. Never again and hope you never do, do business there. read more

Similar experience as above. Super unprofessional. Very poor communication. Gave them a very simple task of fixing a wooden kitchen chair and was told it would take a few weeks max. Nearly 3 months later I still didn't have it. Called them weekly and they constantly made an excuse. They finally told me it was done one day when I called them and said they would deliver it. Of course, that didn't happen, so I had to drive to their dump of a store to pick it up a week later. Highly discourage anyone from dealing with these clowns read more

We contacted the furniture clinic to redo our kitchen cabinets. Our experience started off great, Hunter was friendly and came out to see the cabinets a few times to quote and then to pick up the doors. I was hopeful this was be a great experience as we didn't want to re do our cabinets ourself with 2 young children at home. Once they finally started our kitchen was torn apart for 3 weeks and we could only access the fridge. Now having 2 children ages 3 and under at the time, you can imagine how difficult it is to feed them without access to your kitchen. I was constantly being told the crew would come out to start spraying and it never happened until 3 weeks after they took the cabinet doors. After they finished spraying and put our doors up, of course they wanted to collect their money, we paid, and I was told by the painter he would come back next week to finish touch ups and make sure everything looked good... this was on March 16. Two weeks followed, I called Josh asking when we would be getting the work finished, he told me he would get with the painter josh and let me know.. weeks followed after this and we still heard nothing. I continued to call weekly and ask when they would come out and I would always get an answer of "I'm trying to fit you into the schedule" or "I'll get him to come see you next week". Well... here we STILL sit with paint overspray in multiple areas on our hardwood floors, on our kitchen sink faucet, window, multiple unfinished areas that need more paint /touchups and spots on our freshly painted ceilings. Needless to say I will NOT be recommending this company and I hate to have the even leave this review. The communication was terrible and I seriously wish we had ventured and painted our cabinets ourself. A lot of money spent and It was a Terrible experience! Don't waste your time ! read more
