We were greeted with a smile and offer of assistance upon arrival, and - though also actively working with a young family - Cynthia made time to thoroughly answer all our questions. Older woman, Cynthia, I believe, can be assuming and snarky besides never remembering her returning clients. Ensure prices prior to arriving for purchase, again salesperson key in this area, avoid the aforementioned. My wife and I ordered two swivel chairs, we were given a timeframe of 4-5 weeks. We are now on the 10th week with no delivery date. Multiple and misleading dates given from sales staff. My wife spoke to the owner who was unapologetic and offered no resolution. We recently received another pushed back date, my wife emailed the owner directly for a response on 11/17 with no reply and no further communication from her. We looked all over town to find a modern, faux leather couch with a queen pull-out to place in a guest room. They found us exactly what we wanted, had it in stock and then delivered to the house in two days! have been in the process of moving from my home of 23 years, to a 1 bedroom apartment that is about a third of the size of my former house. At the beginning of the COVID we purchased a recliner from this store. Salesman John I believe that was his name was helpful. You must order from scratch because there are hundreds of choices of fabrics. So far the chair is fine. Doesn't do exactly what my old broken lazy boy did but after 10 years it broke. I was not happy with the sales people not wearing masks but it was the beginning of this disaster that we are all in. All in all they have huge selections. This is a locally owned business which is well run and for the most part customer friendly. We purchased a set of Best Furniture company furniture a bit over a year ago. One piece is a love seat recliner with center console. We selected the material for it based on color and did not think to find out if it was suitable for a recliner - in particular for the foot rest. We saw, at about 4 months wear, that it was beginning to "pill" where our feet and legs rested. Then that it was also doing the same thing where fabric rubbed on fabric. In addition, the bottom of the foot rest was installed crooked and that has remained an issue. This was brought to the attention of the owner and she sent her employee out to see it and to try to correct the crooked part on one side. It didn't work. We were offered a mattress set that we have an interest in at her cost. However, the love seat now looks as if it is at least 10 years old with the fabric becoming worn. I sent a letter via email to the company with photos with no response. If you are going to buy upholstered furnishings made by Best, recommend you do some research on both the fabric you choose and also realize that unless you immediately find an issue and report it to the owner of this store, you will be stuck with the piece. We paid nearly $1,000 for this love seat and I may have to just donate it when I save enough to purchase something else. read more

I purchased a sofa from this store this spring (2018). BE CAREFUL when you order an upholstered piece. The fabric I chose for the sofa is a printed pattern. The back of the sofa is divided into three sections, as is the area below the cushions. In only one area of the sofa is the fabric pattern matched -- along the back (outside) portion of the sofa one piece of fabric is used throughout and you can see the entire pattern. All the other areas where one section adjoins another section, the areas have been "pieced" and at no point do the patterns match. I was told today by the store manager (though I did not see this anywhere when I ordered the fabric) that "patterns are not matched" on this brand of sofa. I paid over $1300 for this sofa -- did not get what I expected. Another problem is that I paid for the upgraded seats and springs so the sofa would be firmer than the regularly priced foam cushions. However, the pieces I received are much softer than they were in the models I sat on at the store. I sink down into the sofa when I sit or lie on it (and I'm not all that big) and have to heave myself out. read more

Poor customer service and communication. Ordered a furniture piece in August and was told it would be delivered in late September. In mid-October, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. Was told the piece had been back ordered, but would be available "soon". Got a call in early November saying the piece would be delivered to the store on November 6th and then sent to our house right away. Again no call, no update. I called on November 14th only to be told that it was being shipped, but that they don't know when it will be in. There is no customer service or follow through with this place. This has been our best furniture shopping experience in Tucson. Period. Our salesperson, David, really knows his stock down to the smallest detail. They carry a wide range of styles and price-points, including some if the most well-made furniture available. The delivery people were also helpful with not only placing the new furniture, but moving around some of our other pieces. We went to the store for a couch which needs to be special ordered. Unfortunately we were denied credit. Paul is outstanding. He walked us through a variety of different choices wanting to make the deal work. He showed us a few options and we are going to get our sofa on the layaway plan. This store is AMAZING! The furniture, all of it, is gorgeous, as are the decorations, wall hangings, tables, accents, lighting... everything. Their taste is impeccable! Service is amazing (ask for Kevin, he cares, he's so darn nice, but more importantly, he's experienced and very knowledgeable. I have zero, none, no skills or ability at all and find it overwhelming, stressful and so frustrating when faced with the major investment of furnishing a home. However, right away, when I walked into the store, I knew I wouldn't be stressing out anymore... everything in that store is gorgeous, inspiring and I want ALL of it in my home! My experience (years now and I won't get furniture or most other home décor anywhere else!) I've done the master bedroom (gorgeous!), dining room (gorgeous!), living room (gorgeous!), office (beautiful!), and the furniture's gorgeous wood makes the house feel and look warm and rich...seriously, this store has helped me create, and continue to build and enhance, what is now a stunning and beautiful home! My wife and I needed a new sofa for our new house and thought this place would be nice especially with its grand opening sales. We purchased Barclay leather sofa and love seat and was told it would come in a week or two and they would call us when it arrive. Nope, wrong!!... Couple weeks gone by, no answer so we called and also went in the store. Was told it's coming soon at end of week and that they will call. We waited and another week gone by and still no call. Finally after 3 week and a half, we went in the store again and ask them what's going on and where was the furnitures we purchased. We paid over $3000 for them and we can't even get a phone call to know what going on. They told us it is for sure coming next week. What??!!! We already been sitting on the floors in the living room. The owner of the store seem like she didn't even care about what is going on, no apologies, so we wanted our refund back and we are going to take our hard earn money someway else where it is appreciated it. The sale person that sold us the sofas was super nice but the owner of the store is a different story. I live in another state and was looking for a mattress. Once I found the mattress I wanted, I couldn't get a straight answer from any sales person or determine what a good price was for the mattress I wanted. This store carries the line and mattress I was looking for, (it's called Natural Therapy Sleep mattress) so I called them to talk about the prices. The person I spoke to knew I lived in another state and they were not going to get a sale from me and regardless of that fact - he was SO nice and SO helpful and VERY clear. He was better than anyone I dealt with locally. I am extremely grateful for our conversation and I was able to make my final purchase in my area thanks to my conversation with him. I wish I remembered his name. He also had the best price out of all the places I called. And I called a LOT of places.
