Although the layout of the store was cramped and a little odd, the store definitely gets the job done. We were looking for a bedroom set of a chest and two nightstands. A man walked around with us and explained a few pieces in the store. We settled on a very nice set, paid and was out the door in a couple of minutes. We got free delivery of the furniture the next day from two very cool guys (I think one of their names was Bubba?) who were nice enough to wait for us to get home after we left to go pick up our pizza order that ended up being late. The dresser and nightstands were already assembled so all we had to do was put the handles on, that saved us so much time alone! Cool company, we will most likely use them again for any furniture needs in the future. read more

This store gets a two star rating from me due to post-delivery issues that I tried to deal with when I called and talked to the owner. At the time of the set up, their delivery persons did no attach the one of the legs to a sleeper sofa correctly. Also, there was a small soiled or discolored spot in the material. When I called the store and talked to the owner about the issue, his response was words to the effect of, what do you want me to do about it. All you have to do is get a screw drive and re-attach it. He did say they do not get to my area very often but when they do they could have one of their people fix the issue, but after his response to me I told him not to bother. As to the soiled spot, I was told to try cleaning it with a damp cloth. This did not resolve the soiled or discolored issue. I was left with the impression that their post purchase customer service left a lot to be desired as compared to their pre-purchase customer service. read more

I really really don't know why and how this place has 5 star reviews?!?! Maybe from cash paying customers? As the actual furniture was pretty decent. But if you finance with them....and don't pay with the 90 days same as cash....you will be completely and utterly ripped off!! I paid on a bedroom set for a year...crazy high payments. Finally, I was able to pay it off...balance was still $1900, which is insane. So desperate to get this off my back, I paid it. Well THEN a payment came out!!! Go to my account online...now there's another $400+ owed!!! I total this set...6 piece bedroom set...will cost like $5000!! Called them...they didn't give a crap. None of this explained during the buying process...slimey and unethical!!! read more

We worked with Anthony over at Mondo. From the minute we walked in he was intent on finding us the furniture set we needed and that would be the best fit for us. We have a large young family, 6 kids ranging from 4 months to 10 years old. We needed something affordable and sturdy. The service was great. Everyone was kind and helpful. We did buy an inexpensive set and the quality of the furniture definitely reflects that. Weve had our living room set for 11 months, 2 of which we weren't home. The padding on the storage ottoman starting sinking within 3 months of purchasing. The fabric on the couch our family uses the most is ripped in several places and I frequently have to sew it. The fabric covering the springs in our couch is also ripping. We do have a pet but don't allow him on our furniture. We didn't expect this to be heirloom furniture but we did expect it would last 4 or 5 years. While still sturdy, it looks pretty rough and hasn't even been a year. While the sets are fairly affordable, the quality is lacking and we will be looking for a new set soon. read more
