We where victims of fraud, a purchase was made at his store with our information. When I contacted him and told him about it, he not only took care of it but went above and beyond!!! He called his own bank canceled the transaction, called the cops himself and called the individuals that made the purchase!!! There are good people out there, and this man is one of them. He doesn't know us, does not owe us a thing and yet he went the extra step, he even told me to keep his number if we ever needed anything. Once they moved to their new location, we happened to be ready to make our purchase. The process was so easy and they are so patient with you regardless of how much you are spending. Our coffee table was custom made to our exact specifications and ready in 6 weeks, as promised. The pick up was seamless as we were able to designate a time and they helped us load. I love all of their stuff and wish we had more need for it. The prices are well below what you wold pay from a retailer and you know it is made to order for you from local artisans. That is, until we accidentally meandered into this place (we were attempting to go to a furniture store across the street from here, but made a wrong turn. Traffic made us give up on that other store and we were like, "What the hell, let's go into this blue building"). The staff was extremely helpful. The showroom is pretty small compared to the Dump and other furniture stores, but the sales lady offered us catalogs to browse through, which gave us nearly endless options. Turns out most furniture comes for the same manufacturer. We explained our situation about the bed frame we had seen at the Dump. She asked us a few questions about the color and style then was like, "Was it this one?" Then she pulls up the exact same set that we saw at the Dump on her phone. They ended up price matching the set for us (Frame, dresser, night stand for $699, retails at $1500 originally). They ordered it for us then had it delivered to our apartment and assembled for a reasonable price. The delivery guys were on time and efficient. They cleaned up after they were finished. We had a great experience with this flexible company and will gladly do business with them again.

Ok here is a few things before I get into my review…read more 1.I have purchased a mattress from here before years ago and it was perfectly fine. 2.I support small business. Now for my review, I recently purchased a matress with an adjustable from this establishment. The mattress in the store felt different from what was delivered to me, it felt soft but firm and this mattress has no support. The mattress feels like I am sinking in my bed and I have to go the the chiropractor this weekend because of this bed. My back hurts every morning so I am sleeping on an air mattress which is said to get a decent night sleep which is sad. The adjustable is a whole nother beast also let me say they do not set this up for you but charge 75$. The adjustable instructions is just bad and we had issues screwing the screws in the correct location because the inside was not done correctly because it stripped the screws. Then.certain pieces needed to be screwed together was painted over to the max, we had to take scissors and trim the paint to get the screws in which was a pain. Then on top of that the adjustable will just shut off by itself not like we are using it. My fiance call about these issue to the owners and was told we cant do anything about the matress and the adjustable is under warranty but you have bring it here. I am selling my matress and adjustable and I repeat when I say this I will not be back going a bigger business that takes better care of their customers.

The showroom is beautiful and they have really nice vignettes set up for indoor and outdoor options. I have also been to McGannon on several trade industry events, always a fabulous experience.

We were only given one option for an entertainment center for our living room. I should have known then that of a "decorator" can only give you one option..LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. We have been lied to by Rori Rhodes, Teresa Higdon, and MCGS concerning the delivery of our furniture. Apparently I am supposed to know the definitions of "Ready to Ship", " In Transit" , and "Ready for immediate delivery" actually mean 4-6 months, or in this case MAYBE the end of January, 2022....unless the factory in Vietnam closes AGAIN. Rori Rhodes, NEVER told us about any issues until pressed repeatedly. Today, December 22, 2021 she admitted that out furniture is indefinitely delayed. We paid by check, which means we can not file for a refund under our credit card. Now I know why she didn't want to take a credit card, because we would have been protected. Order whatever you want online, don't go here, they are doing the exact same thing you could do, and you would have more protection and you wouldn't have to pay the extra 20% for her "services". My furniture doesn't match. My personal belongings are still in black buckets with yellow lids from Home Depot. My bedroom side table is a bucket. I have a 300 lb+ coffee table I can not move to clean under. I trusted Rori Rhodes and McGannon Showrooms... for what? $63,000 later I have no shelves, and I am living out of buckets. We went $13,000 over budget (and we were willing to spend more) to live in our beautiful condo that we have worked our entire life for. The pictures are reflective of the current state of our condo.
