I purchased a sofa and loveseat on 05/25/26 and it has been nothing but a headache since. First the sofa arrived damaged and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Then in early August one of the love seat recliners would not open fully. Called customer service and was told to send a video of the problem via email and they would get back to me. Took a few phone calls and was promised they would order a new mechanism and send some out to repair the problem. I have now called at least 5 times and they promised me someone will show up and repair the recliner. Each time they say someone is coming they are a NO-SHOW. Their communications is terrible and the do not honor their commitments. As of today September 17, 2026 they have NOT REPAIRED the recliner. Please, stay away. Do not do it! I would not recommend this furniture store. My experience has been extremely disappointing and untrustworthy from the moment the purchase was completed. Once they got my money, communication became almost impossible. They rarely answer the phone, and when you finally do reach someone, the information you get is inconsistent and hard to believe. Be very careful when reviewing your final price before paying. They advertise "deal packages" and discounts, but extra charges seem to get added in unexpectedly. Make sure you read everything closely and verify every charge before signing or making payment. Customer service after the sale has been frustrating and unreliable. I purchased a large lounger from Furniture Direct in October. I purchased the 6-month warranty, delivery, and installation (not a small purchase by any means). I love my chair so this review has nothing to do with the actual piece of furniture, but unfortunately we quickly discovered that the USB ports on the sides do not work. It took several calls to get in touch with anyone to set up an appointment for them to come out and fix the issue. We set up an appointment and no one showed up despite my husband taking the day off. When they finally came, one of the USB ports was working. The next day, I noticed that the other ports were still not working. Again, it took several calls and messages to reach anyone about the issue. I received a call from the general manager last week about a survey I submitted regarding my experience. We set up yet another appointment for them to come out to fix the charging ports for today and no one showed up nor did I receive any correspondence regarding this appointment. The warranty that I paid for seems to be nonexistent. According to the GM, this is a simple issue to fix, but yet I can't seem to get anyone to communicate long enough to honor a scheduled appointment or reach out if they are not going to. Stay away! We purchased a bedroom set at the end of June 2025 and then it took several weeks to deliver. Last night 1-16-26 our bed broke! We contacted this morning and were told there is nothing they can do since we were "offered" a 5yr warranty and declined. We have not even had the bed a full 6 months since delivery! They are saying it goes by purchase date. What place doesn't even warranty there products for the 1st year? Garbage!!! Run! They advertise good deals but give it a few months and your furniture will break and you will be out your money!!! They don't care. Very rude on the phone as well. Bought a leather sectional for our move to Vero Beach. We discussed which day to deliver and it never arrived. They pulled up the next day, while the movers were in the middle of moving in our whole house, and wouldn't even consider waiting . they proceeded to set up the pieces in the midst of chaos. There were scratches in the leather on the back of 1 piece and one recliner made a squeaking noise when it reclined. Tried to contact the owner, but never received one call in return. Unfortunately we paid in cash. they'd have better response if I had cancelled the charge. I would not recommend this store to any one. read more

I went here with my fiancé to purchase furniture, this Company is a rip off and they try to fast talk you. we went through a 3 rd party company to try and purchase furniture, we signed a paper to release the furniture to their delivery company who never delivered the furniture. when we Tried calling they give you the run around. CROOKS , LIERS, BAD BUSINESS ! BUYER BEWARE! They advertise "no credit check" yet get ur social security #, banking routing number , and cc number ! Went in to look around - wanted to uraloxe the "no credit check and 3 months no interest " bc we are trying to buy a house . Gave the 10% deposit that was required - felt like we were at a sleazy used car dealership - was asked to sign papers that we didn't get a copy of , no final price on the bogus invoice they give u u are charged an "application for credit fee" Waited 11 hours for delivery of furniture that never came - I called the finance company that then explained that there is a credit check , and when I asked them what was the total price I would owe for the furniture - it was a different price than was told - the 10% I have some was applied - I told the finance company that these people are crooks , they lied about several things - I wasted time and money - and I wanted to cancell the contract ( this being 8:50 pm and I was waiting since 11:00 am!). The finance company said they would put in a claim - I was sent an affidavit to send back in which I attested I didn't have any merchandise - which I sent back immediately . That was on 6/16/2023 Since then I Have spent countless hours on the phone n emailing . Monies have been withdrawn from my bank account - - and the store manager lies to the finance company and said the furniture was in my possession - I have text messages between the "3rd party " delivery vendor and my self expressing my cancellation of the contract . I am out in excess of $400 without any product ., and now fighting to get my monies back ! When speaking to the store - they claim they can or cancell my contract - but then I'm the next breath say they will cancel the contract if I pay cash ! They have been deceitful since the beginning. They have NUMEROUS reviews and complaints for the same business practices - have a F rating with the BBB bc of the amount of complaints that have been made against them - the only reason that they aren't published is bc this company isn't a part of the BBB - in which any reputable company WANTS to be apart of the. BBB for validation. They are SNAKES - the recording on their phone says that they drive to make every customer happy - yet the reviews with The same issues prove otherwise! Instead of taking accountability for their mistakes and "doing the right thing" by a customer , in my case - cancell the contract - I do not have Their merchandise - yet that have my money AND were funded by the finance company BEFORE any merchandise was delivered - they would prefer to talk out of both sides of their mouth . I purchased a bunk bed for my sons from this place and it came with missing parts. When I called to file a complaint, they tried to charge me for a mistake they made! Because I was not willing to pay, they are not sending me the correct parts so I can set up the bunk bed for my children. This is by far the absolute worst place you could possibly get furniture. Avoid this place at all cost!!! I was sold a bedroom set and was assured by multiple people they could do same day deliver. They did not do same day deliver, nor did they do next day, or even the day after that. I was forced to sleep on the couch for 5 nights. Upon the arrival of my furniture that I payed for in full days earlier, they didn't include a piece of the set. I am still currently dealing with them trying to get someone to call me so I can get a refund of some sort or get that piece delivered to me. The only individual that has helped me out at all is named Giselle and she is part of their marketing team. This was a god awful experience and I am still missing furniture. 10/10 recommend you go purchase furniture from literally any other company. read more

1 star is about 10 stars more than this "company" deserves. Went in to buy two barstools, paid cash for both of them, only to find out after paying cash that they only had one in stock. The salesman, after telling me they had already sold the others remaining in stock, then pretended to look around the store for one. I then waited a week for them to get a BAR STOOL shipment from Miami, and after hearing of this via me calling them after never receiving the calls they promised I'd get, said I'd go down myself to get it, for them to say "go ahead." The furniture is very well-made. It is made in Vietnam but extremely well-made. It is very sturdy and the delivery process and set up was phenomenal. I didn't have to do a thing. Everything is based on buying it with credit. In other words, you can't pay for it out right when you buy it. They use a credit company to allow you to purchase your furniture and you have to put money down and then they tell you you have 90 days to pay for it. What I should have done is put 99.9% of it down and then just pay off the rest the day later. I asked him if I could just pay for it out right and they said no. So when I tell you, you have 90 days, it is kind of like rent to own where they start charging you payments that you agree to on the contract. And as it turns out, you really only have I think 60 days to pay for it before they charge you massive interest rates. The furniture is awesome. The people in the store are awesome. The installation is outstanding. I would just recommend that you pay for most of it on the day of your purchase and then just pay the rest off a day later. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! This place deserves LESS THAN ZERO stars!! This place lies, makes a deal with you and plays on the idea that they are a family owned company. I ordered a bedroom set seen on showroom floor it was gray and white wood. I ordered it after asking several times if they had all pieces I needed , they stated of course, don't worry. I put deposit of $100 towards set and when I went back they again assured me they had all pieces. I was to wait 2 days and marissa was to call me to set up delivery schedule. No one called me . I called 3 times before I got the initial salesperson that helped me 8 days later. Then he tells me that unfortunately they don't have one of my nightstands, they sold it to a lady that came in and bought showroom set with cash. Needless to say I was quite upset they sold my nightstand. I eventually decided to get my own matching nightstands and moved forward with bed set and dresser/mirror. Upon delivery and them putting the bed together it was discovered that headboard was damaged and slats missing to bed. Jamal the guy putting bed together called MARISSA on speakerphone and I stated the set needed to be put back in truck because it's damaged and missing pieces. She asked me to hold on because she was going to call wherehouse but they probably already gone for the day, so she will call me tomorrow..MARISSA NEVER CALLED ME NEXT DAY, or THE NEXT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. I couldn't sleep on bed because of missing pieces. I texted JASON early next morning and he said I was seriously nuts and I wasn't going to ruin his day, I sent pics and he states it's supposed to be like that. The next day they arrived with the wrong pieces. The next day NOONE called or contacted me at all. Friday, 3 days later I emailed MARISSA and asked her why she wasn't returning my calls???NO RESPONSE!!!! Same day worker came out and I asked him to call MARISSA ON HIS PHONE & she answered right away but as soon as I started talking about my damaged set, she hung up on me. I went to store late afternoon and asked for information on owner name and contact information from JASON and he said he wasn't going to give to me and this was his store. I again discussed damaged and discolored set....and his behavior towards me, he asked me to give them till Tuesday... I reluctantly said ok... ALL THE WHILE I DONT HAVE A BED TO SLEEP ON OR DRESSER TO USE.... JASON RESPONSE WAS " GO AHEAD AND USE IT , ITS JUST THE WRONG COLOR!! I told him I wasn't going to use something I'm not going to keep!!!! Tuesday, came and NO RESPONSE FROM MARISSA OR JASON, the manager. I went again to store and was told that neither one of them were in. Mike a different manager assured me that he would pass along information & get back to me that day which he did. He stated he spoke with them and they would call me on Wednesday.... THEY DIDNOT!!!! I went again to store and while I'm standing there MARISSA is calling my cell phone because JASON HAD HER CALL. Jason informed me that my options were to let their store restrain the dresser and headboard and would take 6-8 weeks, or take a store credit or pick something else.... I stated I ordered what I wanted, BUT....I RECEIVED DAMAGED AND DISCOLORED SET & I don't want anything else . I requested that they take the damaged bedroom set out of my place since day one... UPON LEAVING STORE, I stated I wanted future picked up , he can keep it, restain it and put back in HIS STORE & sell it there , like he said he could....THIS IS SUCH BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
