Dan, one of the owners welcomed us and let us walk around alone, didn't bug us at all with sales pitches, hate that. We told him what we were looking for, he took us to that section, didn't push anything on us and we decided on just what we were hoping to find. He arranged next day delivery, said someone would call us before they showed up. Next morning we got the call within the window he promised.. and the mattress & Box Spring was delivered. The huge store was filled with attractive beds & bedding. Kelly was very helpful, she knew exactly what we wanted and is able to get it delivered tomorrow. She took our credit card printed up the receipt and we were out in 15 minutes. White glove delivery, set up & take away are provided for an additional $79. We had a window between noon and 2 o'clock, the delivery came 20 minutes early. The two delivery men were in and out in less than five minutes. They set up the bed perfectly, would need efficient and took all the garbage away with them. City mattress wasn't the cheapest, but they did an excellent job. It truly was an easy, fast & professional purchasing delivering and installing two new boxsprings on a king size bed.
