The architecture and design of the store are stunning, leading up to a beautifully adorned, ornate rooftop dining space that sets a premium atmosphere. The culinary execution and service matched the environment perfectly. Our server was highly attentive, pacing the meal flawlessly. The Food & Wine Pairing: The Main: Ordered the warm, buttered lobster roll and added the optional 15 grams of Kaluga caviar. The execution was superb; the lobster was sweet and perfectly cooked. The briny brightness of the caviar provided a precise counterpoint to the rich, warm butter. The Sides: Served with excellent, well-salted french fries accompanied by ketchup and a high-quality aioli. The Wine: Paired the dish with a Grüner Veltliner, which had the exact acidity needed to cut through the richness of the butter and complement the seafood. The Dessert: Finished with the strawberries and chantilly cream. The inclusion of fresh vanilla bean flecks in the cream elevated a simple classic, making it a light, refreshing palate cleanser to end the meal. An exquisite experience from start to finish. I had no clue Restoration Hardware store had rooftop restaurants! Had a lovely time. The decor was exquisite (& shockingly) all available in their catalogue! I ordered a cappelletti Spritz along with a hamburger, grilled Shrimp appetizer, with sweet potato fries and truffle fries. It was decent but nothing to write home about, but the SERVICE was excellent. Our waitress conspired with me to let me pay behind my cousin's back. Koreans often fight over who gets to pay the bill (literally & physically) as a sort of respect of elders. Kylie was covert and said the meal was on the house. The lower floors have a classy high-end (really expensive stuff - 25k couches) showroom with an array of stone statues as decor amongst the furniture implementing a Romanesque theme. Absolutely amazing pieces of furniture, but the couch was very difficult to get off due to the odd depth. Not sure if anyone buys anything here and just use the area merely as a walk thru to the Roof Top Restaurant. Interesting store, just not my style. read more

This is pretty much a staple for me every single time I'm in West Palm area! Not only is the staff super attentive and supply great recommendations, the food is beyond anything that I've tasted before and there are certain items I always go back for. Well, I only took a few pictures of the food we got this time. I have tried the whole entire menu and have nothing to complain about their lattes are amazing as well as their alcoholic drinks during this brunch. We got the prosciutto board, the eggs, the Caesar salad, the shrimp and Moore everything was so flavorful and fresh probably my favorite thing is the eggs because it's mixed with crème fraîche, which makes them so silky and smooth and of course the ambience while sitting at the rooftop is beyond stunning with all the decor. The furniture is on the high side of expense, however your home will look stunning. We were greeted when we walked in, and then we didn't see any sales people moving forward. They do have a design team available where you can select your fabrics, fixtures, etc. There is so much to do in this area, I say... swing in and take a look! I love coming to this place especially for the rooftop restaurant. I book my reservations on Open Table. When arriving. It's best to book a restaurant because it gets busy on certain days. There is valet parking that's $12, which you give your phone number and shortly after you'll get a text. The valet has always been so nice and polite. Then when you walk in you'll always be greeted by someone that works there. You can take the stairs to the restaurant or there is an elevator. I enjoy taking the stairs to get my steps in and plus look at all the beautiful home decor that's available to purchase. When you get to the hostess, you be greeted and seated almost immediately if you have an appointment and you arrived close to your scheduled time. The place is beautiful. In the center it's a glass ceiling and it is so romantic. I come here all the time and never have I got bad service. I've been there 3 times in the past 10 days. Ryan has been my server for 2 out of 3 and he is so pleasant and gives excellent service. All the food is amazing. I haven't had anything that I didn't like. Try the cookies they're delicious. It's more on the pricier end but so work it. I believe my ribeye was $65 which is bad for the size and quality. Drink was $18. The total for a burger with fries, 2 alcoholic drinks, lemonade, ribeye, broccolini, chocolate chip cookies and mash potatoes was roughly $200 before tip for 2 people. So worth it. read more

The ambiance of this fine dining establishment exceeded expectations of this rooftop experience. We had reservations for lunch. A friend and I walked into RH for a quick late lunch after attending the art show at the convention center. Upon our arrival, we were told that there were limited seating options. None of them were really ideal, and the hostess felt like she couldn't offer other accommodations because they were expecting reservations all day. We spoke to the management staff about the situation and Sharon, one of the managers, swiftly sprung into action. She sat us at a lovely little table and made sure that we had an enjoyable experience throughout our lunch. The food was delightful (the truffle fries are not to be missed)! RH West Palm certainly fits the description of "Experience". Pulling up to valet is even a pleasant one and entering through the store even has an exciting vibe. The restaurant itself is gorgeous with the biggest chandeliers I've ever seen, live foliage, and indoor outdoor seating. Lots of extremely friendly and professional staff. Think RH can be French Fry destination of the Palm Beaches. Truffle fries and sweet potatoe fries worth the trip. My double Smash Burger was excellent and cooked perfectly. Understand their Shrimp cocktail has huge delicious shrimp but only for dinner. Everything being served was beautifully plated and looked delicious. Why only 4 stars?? As a wine lover, but not a Sommelier by far, was disappointed there were so few $18-$20 wines by the glass available. The collection was amazing but think, unless you're coming from a home across the bridge, you may want to have your wine at home first. Which we're going to do sooner than later. After waiting for sometime they tried to seat us outside in the terrace without A/C and pool tables where you sit extremely uncomfortable. We all agreed we were willing to wait double the time if needed to get seated inside despite all of us being hungry. The host tells us itll be another 40 minutes when we agreed they were shocked.. 2 minutes later we get seated inside. Some may say thats nice of them but for us it kind of felt like they were discouraging us to seat inside and then lied about the wait time. at this point youre prob wondering if the service wasnt the best why im rating 4 stars- but seriously the food here is so good, i dont mind the annoyed faces and pretentious staff. Went last night and was seated among the beautiful tables inside. Started with a few unusual drinks as they only have a B & W license. Ordered a buffalo mozzarella app with grilled peppers and grilled bread to start - delicious! Moved to split an awesome salad, then had a sliced ribeye steak sandwich. Finished with unusual salty chocolate chip cookies. Our waiter was amazing and really made this a special evening. We have mostly RH furniture and have been a very loyal customer. We are building a home and are using their design services...I feel like they are using us. They have canceled three of our meetings. The one time they showed up, it was only one person rather than the "team". Last Friday, at the last minute they cancelled our appointment (my husband flew down from NY). I feel like the orphan child here...this has been months and I'm getting down to the wire with timeline....I have been loyal to RH but they show no courtesy for our schedule. Overpriced, overrated rooftop restaurant. This is the most basic menu a restaurant could offer at obscene prices which is obvious when they cater to the luxury furniture shoppers. If you're paying $9k for a sofa then you're ok with paying $40 for a regular burger with truffle fries with no special sauce. Not my cup of tea. Dinner menu only had 3 entrees and the rest were sandwiches. A la carte menu offered and this is not even a steakhouse. This place is taking advantage of this inflation. And even after you pay $9k for your sofa, $40 for burger and fries w no special sauce, you still have to pay $12 for parking! Your ticket is not even validated for complimentary parking. All in all, not impressed with the food nor the service. Took 30 minutes for sandwiches to come out. The service and prices is just a facade for overpriced IKEA cafeteria food. $85 dinner for two people- 2 sandwiches, shared fries, one glass wine. We had a wonderful anniversary celebration at the beautiful RH restaurant in West Palm Beach. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation and were seated by the fountain, which was a lovely setting. The restaurant wasn't busy, so it was easy to get in. We started with some drinks, a Caesar salad, and some delicious bread. For the main course, I enjoyed a spectacular burger with fries, while my boyfriend had the dip sandwich. This was our second visit to RH, and we absolutely love it here. I would rate the ambiance a five out of 10, the food a perfect 10 out of 10. It's such a great vibe to watch the sun go down while enjoying a meal. To top it off, as we were paying, they surprised us with a warm chocolate chip cookie for our anniversary, which was a really nice touch. Really beautiful restaurant to eat at. It's lovely to walk through RH and then be able to go all the way to the top for a meal. It's quite pricey here but I did enjoy my dinner. I got a burger with avocado and bacon with some french fries. I asked for a side of ranch but they didn't have any so the kitchen went ahead and made something similar to ranch for myself. We could not complain as there was everything from a single chair to a couch for twelve or king bed to wait for our table. Once sat, our server Matthew was friendly, attentive and willing to please. He made some great recommendations for wine and foods. We started with appetizers: cheese board, strawberry preserve, and baguettes. Deep fried artichokes and potatoes, burrata and peppers. Dinner was a few shaved ribeyes and salmon. Everything was well paced, hot, delicious and plentiful. All along Matthew kept checking on us and refilling water and libations.
