I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely appalling this company is, but I'll try, because the public deserves to be warned. These people don't tell the truth and employ deceptive business practices. My Father had a repair that should have been straightforward. What we got back looked like it had been worked on by someone who learned upholstery from a five-minute YouTube video -- blindfolded. The stitching was uneven, the fabric was bunched and puckered in places it wasn't before, and the repaired area actually looked WORSE than the original damage. We paid good money for a "professional" job and received something that would have been embarrassing for a first-year trade student to hand in. Within weeks -- WEEKS -- the same area failed again. Same problem, same spot. Not a new issue. THE SAME ONE THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED. When we called to report this, fully expecting them to stand behind their work like any reputable business would, we were met with one of the most jaw-dropping displays of unprofessionalism I have ever encountered. The person on the phone was dismissive, condescending, and flat-out rude -- speaking to us like WE were the problem for having the audacity to expect quality workmanship. There was no apology, no accountability, not even a shred of basic customer courtesy. And then -- brace yourself -- they had the nerve to charge us AGAIN to fix the exact same repair that failed. A repair THEY botched. We were essentially billed twice for one job that was never done correctly in the first place. This is not a company that values its customers. This is not a company that takes pride in its craft. This is a business that will take your money, do shoddy work, treat you with contempt when you dare to complain, and then reach into your pocket a second time without a hint of shame. Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the insult. Go literally anywhere else. I'd sooner duct tape my couch together myself than give this company another dime. read more

W have a leather sectional recliner sofa and the steel cables that release 2 of the leg rests broke. We need the leg support and were facing replacing the furniture. Fixing it was not a handyman job. We contacted Furniture Experts Co. by phone and they returned my call within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They texted me their expected arrival time and showed up on time. They had all the tools and parts needed and completed the repairs in about an hour. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. I even had a swivel rocker with a problem and they took it apart and since the repair was something I could manage, they gave me the part number and supplier information. Great workmanship & communication. I put in a request for a call back and received one within the half hour. I needed an old swivel recliner restored. All of the cushion had flattened out in the arms, seat and back support of the chair and the swivel base also needed some TLC. I was extremely happy when I saw the finished product.
