My grout restoration is complete and I could not be happier. The previous grout was very dirty and dark (almost black in some areas). Wow! I felt like I was being punked! I want this review to be as honest as possible... First, I must emphasize no work was ever done and that's why this review is negative! I started this process with Jourdan in October and I initially decided not to move forward. Subsequently, I decided to move forward and we agreed on a price. Mind you it's a very small Travertine bathroom floor and the agreed upon price seemed fair. Jordan emphasized that he would fit me in when possible, which was OK with me, but I should've also saw the writing on the wall and this is when the trouble started. I much would've preferred him to say NO I can't do it but he didn't. He agreed over and over and over again! My bad for not stepping away sooner... Finally, after multiple reschedules, we agreed on Thursday between two and four, which resulted in a no-show and then agreed upon Friday afternoon. I called at 3 o'clock as Jordan had agreed to show up between one and three he said he'd be here in an hour. I called again at 5 o'clock and after some confusion, he arrived at my home seemingly inebriated. He was going to place some sealer on the floor and leave when we what we had agreed upon was to buff and then seal. This is not what we discussed and certainly hadn't agreed upon. I'm unsure why he agreed to do the job in the first place when clearly he wasn't interested; perhaps because it was a small job which I understand but again then say, NO! LESSON LEARNED HOPEFULLY FOR BOTH OF US... I can't speak to the quality of the work but I can share my experience. read more

1. Came over an hour late for the quote/estimate and over 30 mins late for the actual job. Things happen, but that was ridiculous. 2. We've had the floor done multiple times, this was by far the worst. We waited for grout to dry in many areas to give it time, turns out it was dirt not cleaned correctly. Furniture was moved minimally and just went around it, leaving many areas untouched. 3. Whatever shine that was present from the last job was taken away and the floor looks dull, was promised "natural shine". Not sure how it comes out worse after the job than before. 4. The worst part was we had a door locked because we didn't want the contents to be touched, and it was opened and "cleaned" anyways. Was not asked before opening, not hard to respect someone's privacy, very unprofessional. To add, there's large white spots everywhere, might as well have left it alone as requested. 5. Be aware that time and monetary estimates reflect actual service quality, spend a little more elsewhere to get the job done right. Most likely need to get another crew to take care of the "Great Floorcare" I received. read more
