The staff was very helpful, explaining that this jacket was a "conceal/carry" and would not be a tight fit for a medium. Upon receiving the jacket, I was impressed with the care taken in the packaging. Loosely folded with ample padding in a very sturdy box, the jacket showed no signs of creasing or wrinkles. DAM seems to mostly be a store with "up-cycled" merchandise, home-made crafts, reproduction antiques, and a few vintage items. I didn't see any hardcore high-end antiques. I saw a lot of things made out of painted wood, corrugated tin, pottery, and galvanized metal...you get the picture. Despite not really being a traditional antique store, I like what they're trying to do here. The store is large, bright, and everything is displayed nicely. There are a lot of bright, modern looking grays and whites. Everything still smells like new paint. There were two women scrambling around (The owners? Managers?) that we talked to quite a bit. We needed a photo of the dryer plug for our electrician, and the VP of the company emailed the image to us right away. Unfortunately, the dryer was delivered damaged (FedEx's fault), but FJS was willing to work with us and made sure we were compensated for accepting damaged goods and installing the new part ourselves. I would recommend FJS for their excellent customer service. And we love the washer and dryer, too.

I honestly feel that it did help to go to a smaller store where that sales associates were extremely friendly and willing to help. They carried a lot of brands that I wouldn't think to look for when I am out and about shopping for shoes. The service was super friendly and Darrieal? [Sp] sorry I'm not too sure how to spell his name. But he was extremely attentive and willing to help me find the just right pair. I ended up walking out with two new pair of shoes and the ultra good insoles and the ultra cool shoelaces, shoelace cleaning kit ECT. It quickly became the only place I come in duluth to buy new shoes. They are just so helpful and friendly there.
