They gave us space to try out the different models until we found what we wanted. They did not stand over our shoulder or rush us along in any way. Both times we picked the fabric we wanted and the reps were patient in allowing us to take our time. We are in the market for another new recliner and called to store to ask about sale prices on their stock. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about when the sale is scheduled and told us how to take advantage of the discounted prices and exactly when the sale ends. This is how we like to be treated. We have had experiences at other furniture stores when the sales people tried to pressure us into making a fast decision. No high pressure from Slumberland.
