I bought a King size mattress and bed from this store.Lots of great looking furniture. Great friendly staff. Of course they always are when you are going to buy something. I ended up buying a 2nd queen bed and mattress along with a sectional coach and a huge area rug. Over $2800 spent. Well 13 months later and my king size memory foam mattress is sagging in the middle. WHY?? I decide to flip the mattress, here is where things get really gross. I had purchased a mattress protector from them. I open it up to try and flip the mattress and discover black mold growing and some nice dark brown stains. Yummy. I then unzip the main cover that is over the memory foam and obviously this was a used mattress. This mattress has been in double protection the whole time. The owner of this store is one of the rudest people with no customer service etiquette. They are running a fishy business and constantly lying to customers . You are better off elsewhere!!!! We moved to Virginia and decided to get a new set of furniture and a coffee table over a $1000 and we got scammed by Furniture for less. Bought this recliner set in march 2019 and the furniture is already broken and it's only been close to a year and he had the nerve to tell me now that the warranty only covers the leather after all the sweet stuff he said before i made the purchase. Don't be fooled by his sweet talks.He is now asking me to come and buy another furniture at a discounted price. Well I am not an idiot. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Honest business that provided us an excellent price on a sofa in short order. Owner was great to deal with.

This furniture store went above and beyond. Even though my delivery was pushed back (COVID-19 delays) they remained very professional and sent my sectional out the same day it was received by them. I was able to call and check the status often and they constantly gave me updates and ensured me they will continue to keep me posted. Once the couch arrived they assembled it in under 10 minutes and the quality was even better than in the stores. I would fully recommend. read more

Extremely shady business practices, untrained staff and terrible customer service after the sale. I ordered almost $1000 worth of furniture from this store and the chaos that ensued after was the worst I've experienced with any business. Three days after I had placed and PAID for my order through financing, the owner of the store calls me and says that he gave me the wrong price on one of the items (kitchen table and chairs) and could not honor the price - he instead offers me a minuscule discount on a now much more expensive price tag; even though he is obligated by LAW to honor an order once it is placed and paid for. Out of good faith, I offered to cancel the order entirely because I did not want him to take a loss, and I also didn't want to pay the additional delivery charges (he refused to waive the delivery charge in the event that I wanted to order a different kitchen table, which would require me to pay TWO delivery charges ($240 total) if I wanted to keep the items from my original order). He says my application fee will be refunded in 3-5 days and this was supposed to be the end of the transaction. Two days later he calls me and says he needs me to come in to the store to sign some paperwork. Mind you I live far away, and am now starting to get agitated so I ask him to have someone bring the paperwork out to me for signature as I am the one doing him the favor throughout this entire situation. So the driver calls me as he approaches my home and asks me to bring out the paperwork?? The entire time up to this point I was being asked to sign documentation that was supposed to be provided to me by the store, yet now I am being asked for MY CARBON COPIES, while the owner is claiming that he doesn't have any record of the sale?? I have the owner call me and he now tells me that if I want my application fee back that I need to come to the store again. Mind you this whole time he is claiming that he cannot cancel the order without my CARBON COPY.. What kind of business owner doesn't keep the original invoice? I notified the owner that I have another other option which is to proceed to a civil court filing, at which point he begins literally yelling at me over the phone saying "Are you threatening me?". I called the leasing company and was able to cancel the order with the same information Furniture4Less has on record in the store, and it only took me five minutes. The owner of this establishment is a dishonest, and shady business man. I have opted to take him to court as he is required by law to honor the terms of the sale that was already finalized. The WORST customer service you would ever experience in all America. I asked the manager for a discount in price but he didn't drop a single penny. I was just teasing him that the customer service wasn't good so he got so RUDE. He even not asked me to leave but he said get the f..... out of my store now. I love this store, they have so many options as far as the furniture in store(showroom) and the different companies they work with. I always stop by to see what else they have in stock and every time I get welcomed with warm open hands.
