    From casual to gorgeous. Various types but no so many compared with big chains. The staffs are really friendly and don't bother following customers, which I really like. They have Furniture for Less No.2 close there. I did not check it out though.

    Mattress cover pulled back to view main cover. Notice there are no stains.

    I bought a King size mattress and bed from this store.Lots of great looking furniture. Great friendly staff. Of course they always are when you are going to buy something. I ended up buying a 2nd queen bed and mattress along with a sectional coach and a huge area rug. Over $2800 spent. Well 13 months later and my king size memory foam mattress is sagging in the middle. WHY?? I decide to flip the mattress, here is where things get really gross. I had purchased a mattress protector from them. I open it up to try and flip the mattress and discover black mold growing and some nice dark brown stains. Yummy. I then unzip the main cover that is over the memory foam and obviously this was a used mattress. This mattress has been in double protection the whole time. Unzip ALL mattress coverings BEFORE you purchase, if you dare purchase from them. email me if you want to see pictures.

    Honest business that provided us an excellent price on a sofa in short order. Owner was great to deal with.

    I love my mattress and was given a pretty good deal on it..... but getting it and the box springs…read morewithout incident is a whole episode like in a soap opera. First off my first of (4) yes I said (4) deliveries went like this. Oct 4th, 2021 the delivery team came to take away my old mattress and box springs. Mind you the first red flag was they did not wear masks or boot coverings which I thought was the norm now. Unless the owner (me) tells them it's ok. But I let that slide because I was just happy to finally be getting a new mattress after having my old one for longer than I should. (I want give the years...lol but it's been a long time coming). So they take the old one out and bring the next box springs up first. That's when I seen the first of the issues which was some torn areas (pics included) on the box springs. So I ask that needs to be replaced so I called the store back. I got a female sales associate who said that I had to first refuse them and they would have to bring back up my old box springs. Now I live in a 3-story townhome so that's about 50-plus stairs and the delivery guys was already looking worn out. Then one of them was saying that I can keep those torn ones and they will still be replaced. I had the mattress firm associates on speaker and she was saying no they being lazy and that I would have to pay a $99 restocking fee if I didn't send the torn "new" box springs back. So there was a lot of back and forth between them which I thought was unprofessional AF. So I got off the phone with her and I was assured by the delivery guy after they called their warehouse manager that I would get a call in the next few days to set up the exchange. So I was like ok I'm believing you over the sales associate. As you guess that call never came. So I called mattress firm about a week or so later and explained about the box springs he quickly set up a delivery date for them to bring me some new ones. So a few days later the (2nd) delivery team came out and when they flipped the mattress over to get the box sprigs that's when we seen the extra big whole in the box of the mattress now!! (Pics included). I was like you have got to be kidding me! So for a 3rd time I had to call mattress firm and send pictures of the damaged mattress. The sales associate got me another delivery date (delivery #3). Delivery #3 comes around where I basically waited up all day after working the entire night shift before they came in flipped the mattress over and was looking confused. They called their manager and was told they couldn't take the mattress because of the damage they could be charged for it. I'm confused because that's the reason why you are here is to make a replacement. So AGAIN I had to call mattress firm for hell I don't lost count...3/4th time and tell them what happened. They going to tell me someone didn't put what the delivery was about in the paperwork so the warehouse workers would know there was a defect in the mattress. Really!?! This is getting entirely ridiculous!! So finally delivery #4 Nov 8th over a month since the first delivery guys came out came and went without a hitch. I say all this and gave them a 2-star because this is just unacceptable! Fussing in front of customers, no communication between the store and the warehouse on what to tell customers when there is an issue with a product, and just the numerous times you had to come out wasting my time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Mattress is good FINALLY but never again will they get my service unless they given out really good discount ls!

    We walked into Mattress Firm knowing we wanted something that would suit my husbands need for…read moresomething soft and comfy, while also giving me the support that I needed for my joints. We were greeted by both Vince and John but John was the one who broke down the layout of the store and gave is the "3 Little Bear" test to make sure we found the comfort we needed. Ultimately we decided on the Purple 4 mattress and decided to do the 90 day same as cash financing, we didn't intend on spending more than a certain amount and the mattress was above our limit, but both Vince and John went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with what we desired. My one star deduction comes from two things. One, the day of delivery, there was a box spring (split King) missing, which was fine because we had a foundation from our old mattress that worked just fine and it gave me time to do research (but still, one and done would have been nice). Which brings me to my second reason, which may be no fault of John or Vince. The Purple mattress cannot be used with a box spring, it voids the warranty, a box foundation is fine but nothing with springs. Which I found online and had to call and let John know. Even still, he was very accommodating and made sure to call the Purple rep to confirm and made sure we had the right foundation. Overall the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, quality mattress. There's something for everyone and they'll get you taken care of.

    The sales person i worked with (Wayne Chen) was fantastic. The DM he spoke to (I dont know his…read morename) however was terrible. The DM told the sales person that it was ok to give me free shipping on my mattress order (i was with the sales person when he made the call). Wayne told the DM on the phone that he would call him back in a few minutes to complete the transaction and take the shipping fee off. After i agreed to the pricing and free shipping we went through the finance process and got approved and the final step was to have the DM that Wayne spoke to earlier to remove the shipping fee. Well he went missing and could not be reached. And when Wayne contacted another manager/DM by phone he was told that he could not give free shipping. So now the sales person was caught in the middle and he was saying that i would have to pay for the shipping or cancel the whole order. I could see that Wayne was frustrated with the DM and so was I. We just spent 20 minutes setting up the order and applying for finance and now the DM would not agree to free shipping even though that was the original offer. In the end the Wayne said he could split the cost of the shipping with me since it would come out of his pocket. So he paid $50 and I paid $50. I was not happy that the DM changed their mind after we moved forward with the purchase. Not a great experience. Wayne was great and was patient but whoever the DM is, he was terrible and i felt like the DM scammed me and Wayne into paying for shipping for the purchase by saying he would give free shipping and then changing his mind after i applied and got the finance. I will think twice before coming back again and tell my friends about my experience. Wayne was great though and that is why i completed my transaction. Wayne and i split the shipping cost or else i would have to cancel my order and not have a bed for my Mother.

Instead of leaving Mattress Firm with shopper's guilt, I left feeling fully satisfied with my items. Shahnaz was personable, answered all of my questions, and I felt like she had my best interest at heart. To top it off, the mattress delivery time is only a few days, so this is one less thing to worry about. Thank you for helping me prep my new home with a great mattress package!
