It was no longer sealed tightly around the back window, so whenever it rained, I had to put a car cover over the car and hope moisture didn't get into the backseat. Needless to say, it was not ideal! I reached out to Matt at Seatco about getting a replacement top, and he sent me a quote right away. The price was very reasonable, and he told me the new top would be basically identical to the original manufacturer top. Matt ordered it quickly, and once it came in, I brought my car in for the installation. They finished the job incredibly fast--it only took two days! When I came back to pick up my car, my jaw dropped. It looked beautiful! The new top was a perfect match, and best of all, it keeps the rain out and has made my car functional again. Because they did such a great job with the top, I also had them replace two panels of worn-out leather in my backseat. The black leather they used was a near-perfect match, and it looks awesome! I really can't say enough great things about Seatco. They're friendly, professional, fast, and do excellent upholstery work. Highly recommend them!

Recently noticed a water leak inside my vehicle underneath the driver's floor mat....Went to my go…read moreto shop, Rollison's Auto who looked at it and stated the drainage system was either clogged or line broken, that runs rain water along your vehicle and to the ground....dampness was also discovered in other areas also...Rollison stated they don't do that kind of repair and recommended either a dealership for my 2007 Lincoln Towncar....or CHONG'S UPHOLSTERY....I chose Chong... Went directly there and he advised me to return the next day when he opened at 9am....I did and he started looking at my vehicle immediately.... He found the leaks and source after about an hour....All told it took him about 3 hours to complete the work and explained to me fully the problem...My vehicle has a sunroof and if anyone has a leakage problem at all, Mr Chong is the person to visit.... His price was reasonable and I hate to think what a dealership would have charged me as I had made an appt. with one for 5 days later... Mr. Chong and I had a lively conversations as I waited for my vehicle...Me being 78yrs old and not an expert on reading people but prefer them to show me their character and integrity, I can say with assurance, you will not meet a more honest and professional person not interested in gouging a consumer than Mr. Chong....and that is why I rated him five stars without hesitation....This guy knows his stuff!!!!!! This is a very common issue with the Outbacks because Subaru uses cheap, thin vinyl on the bolsters of their "leather" seats. Babar was very familiar with the issue on the Outbacks and offered me a very reasonable estimate for repair. In fact, the price was significantly lower than other auto upholstery shops in the area. I dropped the car off on Saturday morning and they had it completed and ready for pickup by 1:30 that afternoon. Very pleased with the repair and can hardly tell it's not original OEM install. Highly recommend this business for your auto upholstery needs.

After seeing great reviews on yelp, I stopped by. They did a repair for me on the spot that took about 20 minutes. I watched the procedure which was meticulous and done with care. I had assumed the flap could be glued back down and was correct. But, having watched the guy do it, I would have mucked it up for sure. Knowledge and Experience goes a long way. Worth the $50 charge. You can only tell there was a repair if you know where to look. I will use these guys for any future needs.

And Pollet's repaired the seat cushion and stitched in new high quality leather. My only wish is that I would have been smart enough to ask them to do the entire bottom and back seat cover.
