I went into Living Spaces to purchase a couch and was helped by Jacob. He was friendly and told me…read morethat if I needed to make any changes after placing the order, it wouldn't be a problem. He specifically said they usually waive any restocking fee when the change is for store credit. Later, I decided to make a very small change to my order. Before moving forward, I asked him point-blank, "Will this cost me anything?" His response was, "No, my friend." Imagine my surprise when I was later charged a $500 restocking fee. When I asked what the charge was for, I was simply told it was "company policy." Had I been told there would be a $500 fee, I never would have approved the change. To make matters worse, we spoke with the store manager hoping to resolve the issue, but she was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was no effort to understand what happened or make things right. We left feeling completely unheard and taken advantage of. This was, without question, the worst customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. We trusted what we were told by the salesperson, and that trust was broken. Based on this experience, we would never shop at Living Spaces again, and we certainly can't recommend them to anyone else.

He couldn't give me a straight answer but of course my boyfriend decided to follow through and jody insisted on filling out the application for him...later we found out it's a rent to own program where you pay X amount if you pay before 3 months or they charge you triple after that! He said our total would be $800 then it magically said $860 (approximately I don't feel like going through receipts again) so I called him and asked why it went up $60 from the RECEIPT he gave us? He said oh it's just taxes not my problem...WHAT? Why would you give someone an inaccurate receipt? Makes no sense! So here comes delivery...we PAID for delivery it's not a favor so he should follow through on his word! I changed the delivery date to a week earlier and he said yes no problem, so here comes day of delivery and suddenly he can't guarantee it'll be delivered that day? He can't give me an approximate time it'd be delivered so I call him and he answers the phone SUPER RUDELY it's like a whole different person...now that he got the sale he doesn't feel the need to be nice anymore! He pretty much yells at me and tries to make me feel like I'm in the wrong for HIS MISTAKE! To top it all off when I asked what time he says "Maybe today if not tomorrow I guess" I GUESS?! What the actual F...for a business owner he's very unprofessional acting like a teen who doesn't know what they're doing. Finally a day late they deliver our furniture and the SERVICE WE PAID FOR they can't follow through with! These skinny small guys show up and they can't get the couch up to our apartment on their own so my boyfriend has to help them now. Defeating the entire point of paying for the delivery to our apartment (mind you I said it's okay they don't need to assemble since we're on the 3rd floor) so they could've at least done their job alone. We've had our couches for about 3 weeks and the quality is honestly not good! The material is super weak and the cushions are all loose and looked like they've been used for a year already...Overall SUPER disappointing! I considered taking him to small claims court for the delivery fee and additional $60 that "was not his problem" but I honestly don't have time for all that so I figured I leave a review for anyone considering using this guy! If you want to see a narcissist business owner live this is the place guys!

I wanted to tell everyone in the inland empire my experience with Luxury Mattress Outlet. About a year and a half to two years ago, my wife an I checked out Luxury Mattress Outlet off the 215 Fwy in Perris CA. We had passed the building many times and always wanted to check it out. Well, I broke my back at work and needed a new bed so we wound up there one Saturday. We were pleased with the salesman Tom, he showed use several choices in each category and really gave us his opinion on every mattress and how it would fit for us. We purchased an Hotel Collection by Aireloom mattress that retailed for around $7,000, our price was $2200 and man what a mattress. Due to my injury, I spend a lot of time in bed and the pillow top started to sag a little. I called Tom and he pulled our paper work and without blink offered to replace the mattress. His desire or honestly care for me as a person he sold a bed to. Due to the high end nature of the mattress I purchased, they did not have a replacement and it took several weeks. Tom kept in touch with me over these weeks and one day I got a call from him and he said he had a mattress for me, I said great, the same type and make and he said well, it an upgrade, it's the Aireloom Hotel Collection's $10,000 model. Well I said I just wanted the same mattress that I had since I liked it so much. Tom said as a good customer the owner wanted to make sure I was taken care of because of the lack of availability of the mattress type that I had. So Tom scheduled the delivery and paid for it too. When the mattress got here, I was shocked to see how beautiful it was and when I laid on it I felt like it was made just for me, perfect mattress and yes better than the last one by far. The delivery guys took the old mattress and left. I called Tom and told him how pleased I was. I was curious what they were going to do with the old mattress thinking I might buy it for one of our other bedrooms. He said they typically donate them to military causes. I out of the blue asked him if he would donate it to my son who is a wounded Vet (Marines). Tom said he would check and call me back, of course I was thinking they would never just give what was once a $7,000 mattress away without credit or some kind of tax credit for it. Well within a half hour, Tom called me back and said he had talked to the owner who out of his great kindness, said to go ahead and give it to my son. I gave my son's address to Tom who called the delivery guys and they delivered my old mattress to my son that afternoon. What can I say, in my whole life I have never been treated as nice as I have by the entire staff and including the owner who I don't even know his name. They have changed my, both beds have been a blessing, but this new one is sooooooo nice. My husband & I have had our 15" mattress for 15 years we knew we would be in need of buying my grandkids a new bed so they can spend the night. As we would go by , The Luxury Mattress Outlet store located on the 215 in Perris I would tell my husband I need to call & find out about the matress's they have. So we decided today after talking to Alex yesterday from the store we would go check it out. I am so glad we did, when we walked in we were greeted, very friendly, we asked for Alex he greeted us again very friendly. He started by asking us a few questions, then took us to a couple different mattresses & invited us to lay on them, they had a couple of pillows there & he said lay down for awhile, he put clean disposable pillow cases on them, (I was very impressed by this being in the dental field for 30 years.) So we laid down for awhile on each we thought we would like, then Alex educated us. Very knowledgeable. The mattress I started out thinking I wanted, wasn't the mattress that ended up feeling the best for my back. I thought I wanted a real soft mattress I could sink into, when in fact through the education process I learned I really needed the more firm for support all over. Alex explained the support from the technology behind the mattress was to give gentle support @ stress points in different parts of your back rather than the soft matress that allowed your body to sink in with less support. They were so gracious & friendly, but NO HIGH PRESSURE SALE TO SELL YOU MORE THAN YOU NEEDED OR WANTED ATTITUDE. We bought 3 matress's today & they delivered them this early evening. We couldn't wait to get the mattress cover & the rest of the bedding on our bed. We are laying on it now, very comfortable I might add. I'm looking forward to getting up & not feeling tired. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and had driven past this place many times and decided to stop in and see what they had. We were both pleasantly surprised with the selection!! Justin greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very informative and knowledgeable about the different styles of mattresses. He listened to what we were looking for and guided us to the right mattress for us. He was patient and never pushy. I explained to him that we were not ready to make a decision today but that we were just looking and he was fine with that and never tried to push us into buying anything today. He explained all the different types and brands of mattresses and told us what to look for when buying a good mattress. He even encouraged us to go look at the other stores to find exactly what we wanted and then let him know and he could most likely get it for us at a discounted price!! We left and did some price comparison online that afternoon and decided to go back and buy our mattress here because we couldn't beat the price anywhere. I could not be more elated at this find or make a higher recommendation. Luxury Mattress Outlet has the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES on the BEST MATTRESSES available on the market. I shopped at all of the mattress stores, large and small, mom-and-pop and chains, online and in stores. I was well researched and completely informed on the available mattresses and the prices. After all my research, and laying on all the beds at all the stores, I knew I wanted the Simmons Beautyrest Black. I also knew, after months of shopping, every price for the particular mattress at every store that sold the particular mattress I was merely waiting for the big holiday sales. After driving past LUXURY MATTRESS OUTLET, I thought, I would call and just see, as they do not advertise prices, what they had, and what the prices were. After shopping for months, I knew I found the lowest price. I saved $2,000 from the chain stores, and $1,500 from the lowest price "small shop" that would not offer a sleep night guarantee, "at that price." The sales person was helpful, honest, and not pushy. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves more than 5 stars! David and his entire staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I was in their store for over an hour laying on every bed and asking every question imaginable. They were the most helpful people ever! Buying a mattress was a huge, and very important decision for me because I have a terrible back. This was my first experience purchasing a bed and I needed to find the perfect match to meet my needs and they exceeded all my expectations. I purchased a tempurpedic and I've never been more happy. the wife and I had recently been out looking for a new bed, as we we're going north on the 215 she saw my kinda sign, discounted prices on major brands. well we stopped in and were met by Tom. A real nice fellow, and it wasn't long before his expertise and knowlege about his mattress was evident. he showed us his products, and prices but not being one to buy right away as I"d been doing the last 3 weeks we left. but the comfort of this one mattress stayed on our mind that night. well 1st thing the next morning we were at the store b4 they opened. yep we purchased the bed with the adjustable base no more waking up in the morning feeling tired we're loving this bed. We went into this pretty blind, but she was very knowledgeable and really helped guide us to finding the right mattress for us. We had been looking for a new mattress with an adjustable base for over a year. Just couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Went to this store on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Cynthia gave us her undivided attention. Didn't't find exactly what we wanted and she said she had other mattresses she thought we would like still in the warehouse. She agreed to let us know when we could come and check. Tom called us the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Found a GREAT mattress. After some delivery issues it came today. I was a bit skeptical coming here but I'm so happy I did! Jennifer helped us choose my elderly mothers mattress which was a very important choice due to her medical conditions. Jennifer was super patient & answered my million questions without rushing me & most importantly never pressured me to buy! If you need a mattress, this is the place to go! Prices are the best and service is the best I have ever experienced anywhere. My delivery was delayed by a couple of days due to the holidays, and the president of the company called me to apologize and offer a lovely gift to make up for any inconvenience. Amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about mattresses, sleep styles, etc. And they didn't hover, but allowed me to linger on a mattress to get the feel of it for as long as I needed to. I walked in not sure if I was going to purchase a mattress but upon seeing how affordable the price for a box spring and mattress were I knew I wouldn't find a better deal elsewhere. I took advantage of their sale which was 10% off at the time and saved even more. Once my mattress and box spring we're delivered (on time and by friendly delivery men) I realized I'd bought the wrong sized box spring and was worried I would not be able to return it however, I took it back the same day and they were able to replace it for the one I wanted. I came in to the store looking for just a box spring. I was greeted by Tom who started the paperwork for the purchase. We got to talking about how I have a bad back from being injured in Iraq. He offered to show me some mattresses, but I wasn't in a position to buy a new one. Tom insisted I go with him to the showroom floor and check some out. I ended up leaving with a brand new mattress for free. I couldn't believe it and still can't, Tom comped me a free mattress for my service in the military. They even had it delivered 20min later. We came in a few weeks ago and met Tom who provided excellent customer service and answered our questions. We weren't quite ready to buy at that time and weren't pressured into sitting through a salesman pitch. We came back when we were ready to purchase and were helped by Tom again. He was pleasant and well informed, providing information that we wouldn't have even thought of when purchasing our mattress. When we first walked into the store we were met by a young man named Tom he was very cheerful and helpful. Tom was knowledgeable about the product Once he knew what we were looking for he guided us in the right direction for a bed that would both fit our budget and our health needs. Once the right bed came into the shop he was on the phone calling us. His follow through was right on, even came to our home to deliver the bed. If you are looking for a relaxed environment and awesome prices, this is the place to go!!! We bought a mattress here from Tom and two days later it didn't hold its shape so we called Tom and not only did they have a different mattress for us, they were totally cool about replacing it! The delivery guys were very professional when they delivered the new mattress and they took the other one back!
