Called to get customer service and the options were to bring the battery packs in to be tested - an hour's drive with 2 disabled people making the trip, or pay $179 (plus tax) for a service call. The one year anniversary of the delivery was 1 month ago and they refused to accommodate us. I kept trying to explaIn our situation and concerns, and they kept offering only those 2 options. They could easily have a service person stop by when making a delivery to our area, but no can do. Extremely dissappointed. We need new mattresses but I will never shop there again.

However, the service and delivery options are pathetic. We've had to wait for months for product with total payment made. Once we discover that our order is finally in-store, the delivery options are minuscule and we had to argue our way into getting delivery. We had to call them to find out our order had arrived to their store. One recent situation included rather unbending by the company in delivering a dresser we had waited to have delivered for over seven months. Furniture Row wouldn't give us a delivery time outside of several medical appointments we had on the day they set. We had to wait five more days when we were going to be home all day to accommodate THEIR delivery schedule. They were argumentative on the phone about the situation. Sadly, we are finished doing business with them. Our business now goes to Fitterer's in Ellensburg!
