A great, independent, proud woman in my life (mom) had recently passed away and she would have wanted her great wardrobe to go towards helping other women become great, independent and proud in their own ways. The staff at the front desk we're extremely polite and helpful. They allowed me to use their cart to bring all of the clothes into the building and gave me a receipt. They explained their services for women and all the uses the clothing would be put towards. I left the YWCA feeling like I had definitely picked the right institution for helping others. I'd definitely recommend the YWCA as an organization to donate items and for all of their great programs for women.

The opportunity to support a great cause made my day. When I first walked in the two senior women were not that warm, but after my donation, the attitudes changed. They came and assessed her new 85" TV, and a one bedroom household full of furniture, including a beautiful wooden bedroom set complete with dresser and stole the carrier that she had for her little disabled cart that kept her mobile... Who does that to a disabled new widow and then yelled at her when we tried to get them to leave it... Do not trust or do any business with this company.
