I didn't get his name but he was probably early 60s short hair and sort of thin. I explained the couch that I was looking for and he said that I should " change my expectations". He showed us a theater couch that we explained to him was way too big for our area. My wife sat down and she could not touch the floor even though she is 5' 7". He said "no need to touch the floor just recline!". When we saw that he did not have what we liked and went to leave. He said good luck with whatever you're looking for. He was very rude and unprofessional.

Paid a small fortune for 2 power recliners with battery backup, had a long power failure and the…read morebackup did not work. My disabled husband had to crawl and maneuver his way out with a broken leg. Batteries tested perfectly and were securely connected to both chairs, and neither backup worked. Called to get customer service and the options were to bring the battery packs in to be tested - an hour's drive with 2 disabled people making the trip, or pay $179 (plus tax) for a service call. The one year anniversary of the delivery was 1 month ago and they refused to accommodate us. I kept trying to explaIn our situation and concerns, and they kept offering only those 2 options. They could easily have a service person stop by when making a delivery to our area, but no can do. Extremely dissappointed. We need new mattresses but I will never shop there again.

I decided to check out K & K as they have a wide selection of large wall clocks. Melva, the manager, suggested purchasing just a mechanism to make my existing clock work again. She called the company to arrange this, kept me informed of the process through regular calls, and they installed the new mechanism free of charge at their office. They kept the clock a couple days to make sure it would continue to work, and it worked like a charm. Charged only for the mechanism & shipping, about $30. Just this past month we went back and asked Jose to not only make additional cabinets for us, but match them to our kitchen cabinets. It was a great experience! Most people would have been worried that the match could not be done, but it ended up perfect. No one would ever know that they had been created at different times and by different companies.
