I went to this store a month ago and ordered my Furnitue. I ordered a dresser, living room set and table for kitchen. When they first delivered the furniture the two guys said the sectional could not fit through my door and i needed to get a different couch. Then they bought up the dresser in which was damaged they had to take it back. They put my kitchen table together but left in a hurry which i thought was weird... after they left l went back to the store to pick out a new living room set we set up a delivery for that. long story short a few days later i was sweeping my kitchen and i attempted to move the table but the leg was wobbling i went under the table to see why and seen the guy who put the table together broke the one leg and tried to do a quick fix. I immediately contacted the store (lansdowne store) he told me to send him an email in which i did. Also the new living room set came and it was put together i sat on it the third day and that is when i felt a nail or something poking out of the material and a few other defects. I told the guy at the lansdowne store and he stated he will have them look at it when the replace my table. So fast forward to delivery date of the table they suppose to replace 1/8 i stayed in the house all darn day as they can't promise a time it was between 9-8pm THEY NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED. I am sooo pissed. I am making payments on damaged and defective Furnitue i would not recommend this place at all. I have my email paper trial regarding all of this. i sent email about all my issues since last month and i just sent another email about the no show delivery. The email has been sent to their corporate headquarters and the lansdowne store. I will also be contacting the finance company to complain as well. Poor customer service!!! This place is the biggest ripoff ever. I went to purchase queen bed and frame and surprisingly seen one I loved so I purchased both mattress and frame. Paid cash for it because I needed it ASAP and the guy that helped me said it can be delivered on Memorial Day 12ish. So I threw my bed away because I was going outta town and wanted to be ready when they arrived Monday. Memorial Day comes and I get a call @ 9:25am saying they will arrive is 10mins!!!! I was outta town and was on my way back before 12. I asked the driver if he can wait 30-40 mins cuz I was driving back, he said ok. By time I got to my house he was gone!! I called him and he BLOCKED ME!!! So I talked to customer service and he said the delivery window was 9am-8pm!!!! Which is insane!!! I asked him if the driver can come back he said he was too far And I would have to reschedule!!! And the earliest day would be that following Saturday!!! So I had to buy a air bed just fo get by for a week!!! There I was waiting Saturday and I get a call from the wharehouse saying the delivery guy did let come in and I had to wait till Monday or I can come To the store to pick up!!! I had enough and took my contract to the store and told them I wanted a refund at this point, the guy looked at me and asked me what I want him to do!!!! I think this place is also called "Beyond Linens". This place is kind of like a ghetto Ross/TJ Maxx, or if you will, a counterpart to Family Dollar. It's located right next to a Pathmark and has some furniture and things set outside for people to see. They also have a bigger display of furniture inside. They have quite a large selection of stuff-- flip flops, party supplies, baby stuff, curtains, furniture etc. I was there specifically to buy some curtains, and they do have a quite large selection of curtains. You have to be careful at this type of place, though, because you're not allowed to open the curtains in the store (there's a sign to ask for assistance, so maybe you can ask an associate to open it for you but we didn't). Also, pay attention to the prices they have posted. I purchased something from the "clearance" section of the curtains, but the cashier still rang me up for the original price and I had to tell him it was clearance. He did eventually give me the discounted price. They don't offer any refunds under any circumstances, and I believe only exchanges for the same item in 7 days. I can understand the rule, because a place like this can be easily taken advantage of, but it does put a lot of pressure on the buyer to pick something that they really like, since you aren't allowed to return them. We did end up exchanging them the day after we bought our curtains, and they let us do that (although only after reminding us that they don't refund). There's also a limit for credit and debit cards (under $10 but above $5, I think), so if you're buying small stuff, bring cash. They are also open 7 days a week. So, my two cents- if you're looking for a bargain, come here, but only buy what you love love love and be sure to inspect it carefully to make sure you like the quality because you won't be getting your money back. You can get some pretty nice looking stuff here (the new pair of curtains we got we like better, but they smell like the plastic cases they came in) but you do get what you pay for. read more

This place has been the best, they have a huge selection in living room sets bedroom sets and dinning room sets. the salesmen that helped me Nabeel was very professional and understood exactly what i wanted. I will rate him five stars. they also have house hold products so i was able to dress up my bathroom also match all the curtains in my house!!!!!! the last thing was the TV's that i have on lay-a-way yes they lay-a-way too!!!!! and the best part is that there is no rush to PAY IT OFF. i also spoke with MARGARITA at the office due to a little issue i was having and she was the BEST she looked into the issues for me and kept me in the loop to what was going on and now i'm all the way satisfied read more

If I could give zero stars I would! First they DO RUN YOUR CREDIT!!! I have the Experian app and as soon as they did it the HARD inquiry came up as an alert and they still denied it! They claim to not run ur credit but it is a lie! Then I had furniture delievered first it came a week earlier and because I was unable to be home for it they rescheduled me and it still didn't come the day it was scheduled. You can compare their quality to any big box store furniture. We saved itleast $800 on bedroom set and $120 on delivery. Our delivery came in two days. Delivery and complete set up for $75 it's a steal plus we got solid wood bedroom set for $899. Very professional and clean staff will shop again. read more

I went to purchase a living room set for my great grandmother and was told that it had to be ordered in from the warehouse which should take no more than 2-3 days but someone would keep me abreast of the progress. After 4 days an no communication from the store I called in to get an updated. I was given the run around by the customer service representative that answered the phone. First she told me to call the warehouse which I did and the line continued to ring busy. After several failed attempts I called her back and she then made up the excuse saying the system was down and that someone should call me by tomorrow. If that was the situation that should have been stated when I first called in about this matter. Which leads me to believe that it was a lie. Since I have was not able to get in contact with the warehouse I requested that she did and call me back with an update. Her reply was well if I have time I'll see what I can do. I was beyond done with her blatant disrespect and went to the store after I ended the call. It was amazing to see how much she had to say over the phone but did not utter one word in front of me. It was even more surprising that the another worker had my ticket and told me that he would call me within 30 minutes. Which I did receive a call stating that my delivery would be made on Thursday. It's almost 9pm and nothing has been delivered to my home I've been calling the store all day only to be told that the delivery will definitely be made. The driver should call at least 30 minutes upon arrival. There was no was for them to call the driver or provide me with his information. Cont'd... My delivery was never made yesterday nor did I receive a call from the driver or store saying why. I've been on the phone with both the store and the warehouse. First I was told that the drivers truck broke down and 3 other deliveries including mine are still on the side of the road. IF they can get the truck working again my order would come today. Each driver is an independent contractor which has nothing to do with why I wasn't notified of this yesterday especially since I called through out the day and each person confirmed my order. So I called the store for an updated only to be informed that my order wouldn't come until Saturday. This is utter and complete bullshit! I'm blatantly lied too about how soon the order would be delivered to my home. I'm disrespected when I'm calling in to get an update about my order. Then the driver does a no call no show. They just rescheduled my order with out one word. I requested for a manager to call me and was told that she doesn't come in until 1pm well it's after 3pm and nothing yet. After much back and forth I was told that the order would come late today. It's not like it's free delivery or I'm not adhering to their policy and procedures. Of course I can't get my money back. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, A HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. How do you argue with a customer when your salesman, customer service rep, and delivery driver are in the wrong. I have never ever had to deal with such horrible service.
