I waited for over a week and a half never got a response. Finally I reached back out and was told there is nothing they can do since it's been longer than 30 days. Any mattress company and any experts will tell you that 30 and 90 days to fully get used to a mattress. It's been two months and one week and this is the biggest piece of crap I've ever purchased.
