I purchased bedroom furniture last September. The pricing is very odd, and whatever price they show is not what you end up paying. After some confusing haggling we paid what I thought was fair for the furniture, expensive, but good quality. Delivery was fast, but one night stand was damaged. I told the delivery guys, and phoned our salesperson and they said it would be replaced. Luckily I kept the defective piece as the replacement was delivered in July, 10 months later!!!!i can't count how many phone calls and emails I sent to be told, delivery will be soon, it's on it's way.... The replacement piece was also damaged! I returned the piece, but I wasn't going to wait another 10 months for a replacement. They repaired the piece pretty well, but I was so fed up with waiting for a new one, I accepted it. I would never buy from this company again. Beware! read more

Needed some additional pieces, so I call and tell them I was just in and was curious if there were any other pieces from the manufacturer? Guys tells me no, so I ask if they have a catalog he can check in. He says no. I ask if there's a website I can check, again he says no. Then proceeds to tell me that it's a new furniture company and they don't have a website or a catalog. Really bro? This is 2018, every company large or small has a website. Oh, best part when I was there he told me the brand was "continental". On the phone in between answering all my questions with "NO", he's tells me the brand is "magnum" . For real? I purchased a bedroom set the first time and was happy with it; delivery was fast and I was happy with the quality. So, I decided to purchase a dining set TWO months ago. I received a used dining table upon delivery. No one ever told me the reason, I had to go back to the store and find out why. According to the manager the table was back ordered and I would receive my table later. Its been two months and every time I call I am being told that I will receive it the following week. We just got several pieces of furniture here during Presidents Day weekend 2017. Oscar was very accommodating and helpful. We waited to have everything delivered until the couch was in, around 5 weeks. Delivery was seamless. They were early, communicated with my husband on the phone, were patient when I had to move some things around for them to bring the furniture in (actually they moved it for me), and were quick to assemble everything. We got a bed frame and mattress, dining table/chairs and sideboard and a large sectional. Great experience! read more

I bought a couch from this place and called them Back within 2 weeks to let them Know that strings were falling out and to see what was happening with the order of new legs for the sectional. I finally after calling for another 2 weeks get them To come out to take pictures of the couch. The guys taking pictures couldn't believe the condition and report it to Dave the manger. I was told by Kevin after all together 15 phone calls that they have ordered me new couches and that when they get in they will swap my for new ones. Another 3 weeks goes by and I get Dave on the phone after several calls, he says he hasn't got an approval yet for the couches to go back and another employee tells me that it's common sense not to put your couch in the middle of the room. That's why if u sit or lean on it your going to fall back. Long story short I call the company that made my couch and ask why my approval is taking so long, they never knew about my case. Do not buy from here!! Sales people lie and are dishonest!! Agreed on a price with the sales person for a chair. Went out to the car to get my wallet and when I came back the sales person told me the chair had already been sold. I told them they should put a "sold" sticker on it but noticed they did not as I left. Came back a week later and saw the sales person that had helped me the week before. When he saw me he quickly walked away. The chair was still there and a different associate offered to sale it to me for $250 more than we had previously agreed to. I explained the other associate already agreed on a different price and I asked him to go get him. They told me he left for the day and could not sale me the chair for that price. I explained what happened to the manager who simply walked away in the middle of our conversation speaking a different language to the other sales people. He did not apologize or care!! Prices for 2 couches were very low... should have been a red flag. We've had the couches less than 2 months and the seat cushions are already sagging and the leather on the corner of the foot rest has peeled away. It's paper thin... doubt it is real leather. Terrible quality. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because they delivered very quickly. One of the couches was defective upon arrival. Stay Away!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! I wish I could give them zero stars. This place has some unique pieces however the service is HORRIBLE!! We has to special order a TV console and paid for it at that time. We were told it would be in by Thursday. evening. I was going to pick it up on the weekend when a family member would let me use their truck. Saturday morning comes around I call before heading there & I am told that it is not in. I was very upset because they never called me to tell me it never came in. I was told that they would call me on Monday to tell me when it would come in. Once Monday evening came around still no call. I had my husband call since I was so upset. The manager apologized and said they would deliver it for free. He said they would call on Thursday morning to set up a time. Great! Well Thursday at 5:30 pm I call my husband to ask if they called since I was down the street and could stop by. He said no call so stop by. When I stop by I am told that the delivery truck is at my house right now?!! WTH? I said ok I will go home now. I live 5 minutes away. So I hurry home and no truck. So I wait and wait. My husband comes home at 7:45 and still no delivery. We head back to the store. When we get there the manager calls his delivery truck and they say they just left our house and no one is there. OK? I tell him that maybe they need to have more communication then so warehouse guy (MIKE) starts yelling at me. Telling me fine you want to cancel! My husband starts yelling back. Then the manager steps in. I have no idea why this warehouse guy has to step in. At this point we are just over it. My husband is very upset and I just want this piece of furniture to finish our living room. I tell the manager that we are headed home and he had 30 minutes to deliver it otherwise I would be in the next day to cancel. We head home and right behind us is one guys delivering a huge 80 in console. I felt so bad for this delivery guy. He was told to just drop it off and not open it or help us!!! He was nice enough to help us set it up and take the box it came in. He said that unfortunately it happened all the time because customers were never called and kept in the loop. So after almost 3 weeks I'm just glad we got our console and that I will NEVER have to deal with them again. Save yourself the headache & stay away!! read more

Worst customer service ever. Don't accommodate to help their customers with anything. We drove over an hour to come get what we ordered. First they said in a week we would get our order then we made the drive over to gilroy & that it wasn't there. Second they said 2 weeks & we come again & they had to return it (they didn't call to let us know) third we get make the long drive to pick up order & it wasn't assembled like they originally said when we placed the order. Went here after an accidental referral by someone. Purchased a bedroom set, team there and owner were awesome. Well I guess a little too awesome. Product was set to arrive, and suddenly a week after accepting our payment they are "closed for remodel." You can call their main phone line to get a gentleman who is working from home during the remodel. Well lets just say that they have been closed for remodel for over two weeks, and every time we call we get a "new" date that they will be reopening. Merchant cant guarantee when our product will be delivered because of their remodel, and cant refund me because they don't have access to the building. Talk about a complete negative experience. On top of that, the only reason I found this out is because I CALLED THEM. You would think that they would have known they were going to close for remodel, and that they would have also communicated that to their customers prior to committing to a delivery AND accepting payment. On top of that, you think they would have good business practices in place to inform their customers about the arising issue before their customers have to contact them on it. HORRENDOUS experience. No product, no money, poor communication. They will treat you amazingly when you are in their store, but everything follow that is a complete crapshoot. I am exceptionally unimpressed and have had to file a dispute with my bank as a result of them being "unable" to issue me a refund due to their "unforseen" remodel. After feeling like something shady was going on, we come to find numerous internet searches of shady business practices. Salesperson was friendly and I think.im getting a pretty good deal on what I got, but my furniture was not delivered at the time promised. I confirmed my delivery by phone the day before and yesterday morning. When I called them at 8pm last night (delivery was suppose to be made between 6-7pm), I got no answer at the store. I called a number, which was a missed call on my phone, and the delivery person told me it could not be delivered because the address could not be located on their gps. I call BS. There are ways around this if GPS can not locate an address. Im going out of town, I bought this last week (Black Friday) and the saleperson tells me it could be deleivered next day and they would call me the next morn to schedule a time. Did they call, no! I called and left two messages and got no response till two days later, the salesperson said they could deliver last night (mentioned at the begininng). I called the store last night so I could leave a message, memory is full on their answering system, called 3 times this morning, still the same. So 8 days later, no bed or chair/recliner in my new place. read more

Bottom line: I ordered one item that took 4 months and a horrible customer experience to get. I bought an entire room set with them before without incident. Went back a year later to add one piece to the set. Despite being told it would take 2 weeks, I waited 4 weeks before I called them. After leaving messages and not getting called back, they finally answered the phone and told me it would be there at the end of the month. This process repeated 3 times. When I told them I was cancelling the order, they asked me to wait one week. Only then did it magically arrive. Even if I give them the benefit of the doubt and blame the vendor for the delay, it doesn't excuse the numerous times I had to call because they weren't keeping me informed of the order delay. What's worse is they are indifferent with no sense of urgency or apology. They say they'll call back and never do. The only positive thing I can say is that the ordeal is over and I will NEVER have to deal with the miserable excuse for a business ever again. read more

The showroom has quite the selection and is pieced together nicely. Sales associates were quick to approach once I walked through the door, which was a nice touch. They price matched a dinning set I was planning to purchase from Rosso's across the street plus threw in free delivery. furniture revolution in gilroy are unscrupulous, take absolute advantage of anyone who goes into the store. worse thing is my parents of 85 and 84 years old paid $2900.00 for a calif. king bed. within 4 months there was a issue with the mattress. i got involved to try and have the store resolve and make things right for my parents. sadly, like many other reviews furniture revolutions did nothing! then several months later these bamboo pieces started to randomly fall out. how can an 84 yr old man lift the mattress by himself and refasten the bamboo pieces alone. the mattress alone is incredibly heavy, i tried to lift the mattress or even move it and could not do it! imagine a 85 and 84 yr old having to deal with this ?! furniture revolution repeatedly tried to shift responsiblity on everyone else instead of accepting responsibility for their irresponsible, questionable manner of conducting business and lack of any customer service. i even spoke to the owner and he was no different, at one point one of the sales guys was trying to bully me in the presence of the owner and my adult daughter. the owner and sales guy got into a yelling match to the point the owner said in reference to the sales guy "shear ignorance" the owner said out loud " he's an a@÷=%+" no doubt, unprofessional. sadly, they did nothing. oh' wait! the owner did offer me the replacement of the bed today. but, my parents were simply asking for a regular mattress and box spring which is at least 1k less than the original bed. the owner said no, then we take a loss. (which does not make sense) i then told my father he said, god will take care of them. i just want that bed out of my room and will find one elsewhere. sad,sad, sad but i truly believe in "what one puts out, one gets back" please stay away from doing any business with furniture revolution they are thieves, scammers, cheats and have no scrupuls or respect for anyone, but for their pockets. read more

Would give less than 1 star if I could. We were new to the area and needed a bunk bed. We were sold at first when the guy gave us a good price and said free delivery and set up. We waited.. over 2 weeks later we still had not heard anything about delivery. We called and the bed was there but I guess they really liked it too because they never called us to let us know. When they brought it out it was delivery to the door only.. When I called the guy told me I was wrong and no set up was ordered. I asked for a manager and he refused at first but I persisted and go t a guy named Oscar. I asked if h was a manager and he hesitated.. I again asked if he was a manager and he said yes (I don't believe him). He told me we had to pay over the $49 for delivery.. first of all the delivery was included and second so was set up... I told him we would not be getting furniture from them again. We bought our couch down the street at Econo.. they are so nice there and care about their customers who spend hundreds of dollars at their store. read more

Don't ever buy again. I ordered a sofa and a curio, but they delivered only half of the sofa. The magnet piece to hold the door for the curio was broken. It took them 2 weeks to deliver the rest of the sofa; asked them about the magnet piece they said they don't know. So I talked to the manager his name is Dung, but has an alias as Dave. He is a complete fucking idiot. He said the curio is a discontinued model. I told him that it doesn't matter they still use the piece for other curio, or just take off from a display model and give to me. The fucking idiot just refused, keep saying it is discontinued. I took out that broken piece and gifted to him so he can go home and fuck himself with it. I went to Lowes bought another piece for $3. Another twist, I called the store today, and found out that the city had been banning them for week already. The sale staff isn't very knowledgable either. This fucking Dung(Dave) guy is running a scam, keep convincing me to pay cash so he can pocket the money instead of reporting. read more
