Finally delivered and we have moved into our home. We have been sitting on our real leather almond couches for two weeks. Everywhere that we sit the couch has turned orange with blotches. Reached out to Ashley's and they claim leather turning from almond to orange is normal wear and tear after two weeks. Will never shop Ashley's again, will never spend $6000 on a real leather product if it turns orange. I have had other off white leather couches that never turned a different color. They do not stand by their products. It is a shame because they used to be great. I have to give one star but would rather give nothing.

They also give you four months to try the mattress and exchange it or return it if you don't like it, that made all the difference for me, I would hate to be stuck with a mattress that I don't like. We selected a sheet set, and 2 cool cotton mattress protectors. It was a generous gift incentive. While it did take almost a month (purchase made 8/24, Cali king mattress protector received 9/21), overall we have been pleased with our decision to purchase with Denver Mattress Company. I have given them a 4 star review because we had to follow up on the gift with purchase to receive it. We spent $4927 - with that purchase amount the company should have ensured we received all our items, in particular the sales person, Diana. This was a missed opportunity on their part to complete a perfect sale. We bought our next bed at Gonzalez furniture and they followed through on every item.
