BEWARE!! I purchased 3 sofas from Furniture Row I have 2 in my living room and the 3rd in my sitting room we don't sit in this room very often. The 2 in the living room are used daily. I have had problems with the 2 in the living room soon after getting them. They sag and smash down like poor quality bed pillows they did replace the inserts but the were the same quality pillows that were in the cushions so as you can imagine poor quality inserts looks so sloppy. I have purchased this same sofa years ago I gave it to my daughter and it is in much better condition than my new sofa's I contacted Furniture Row Home office and was told they were not going to do anything about it. So I guess I'm out 3000.00 dollars so be ware they do not stand behind their furniture. I have spent a lot of money over the years at furniture Row they will not get any more. When we parked, we didn't realize that Sofa Mart is one big building that is also joint with Denver Mattress and Bedroom Expressions. This was the first place on our quest to find a specific piece of bedroom furniture that had two "maybe" options. Like other showroom style stores, the furniture is set up with accent items in "model" rooms so that you can see what it will look like when you bring it home. The sales person was eager to make the sale, but we weren't ready to make the commitment yet until we had been to other stores. Fayetteville, Arkansas Store I purchased a couch and a love seat. They delivered it to my house and put it together (at my expense, of course). But they did it wrong and bent it all to heck. The manager apologized when he saw it and they replaced it. Strike one and two. I then bought two end tables. They were to come in Feb. I called in late Feb. and they said it would be June or July. (Not their fault, we are all having that problem) But, they had not called me. They did say however, one came in. So, I canceled the second one and went to pick up the first. It was the one off the floor. Okay, it looks fine enough. Then they would not refund my money to my card. Two weeks later the "check was written." I told them to mail it and they said I had to pick it up (45-minute drive). Strike three. Absolutely the worst customer service you could find in Fayetteville, Arkansas! read more

Its unfortunate that I cant give a zero star and unfortunate that racism and discrimination still exists TODAY! We walked in ready to spend money because we just moved here from CA. When we walked in, I immediately saw the bedroom pieces that I had envisioned for my home. Unfortunately, the employee (female, with long hair, wearing cowboy boots) walked passed us without any acknowledgement the first time. I thought "ok she's probably helping another customer". After walking around for over 15 min, I noticed there were no customers in sight but my BF and I. I looked over to her where she was sitting at the employee desk area in the bedroom section, and she immediately looked away as if we didn't exist. What peeved me the most was, as we we're walking towards her to ask for assistance, a couple not of color, walked and and was immediately approached by her. I would hope that this could be a lesson learned for this employee and the the company, as your location is in a diverse location and hate to break it to you, but AR is becoming more and more diverse as years pass. Our furniture was delivered yesterday after waiting for over 2 months. It was missing 3 bolts to attach the legs. I called the store and was not satisfied with the service I received so I returned to the store. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks more for 3 bolts. I still have not received part of my order a recliner. The customer service after the sale is awful. I have had to follow up to get my delivery scheduled. I will NEVER purchase anything here again. I also purchased barstools and they had to be put together. You should not have to pay the prices they charge and have to put your furniture together and bring it in your house. The delivery consists of them dropping it in your driveway. I wish I could give zero stars for the bad customer service and rude employees who don't even care or want to be there. read more

Beware of Furniture Row in Springdale. We're a military family who bought our first home here in NWA and wanted to update our secondhand furniture and spent thousands between August 2018 - March 2019 at Furniture Row to furnish our living room, bedroom, and dining room. The furniture sold at FR is of sub par quality and customer service is essentially nonexistent. We began having issues with our dining table with the varnish rubbing off just a month after purchase and, while it was replaced, the replacement began having the same issues a week after delivery. We had contacted FR regarding this issue several times from May 2019 - December 2019 and it was not until December that the store manager ordered us yet another replacement without even asking if that was the course of action we wanted to take. We did NOT want another replacement of the same model because there is a serious issue when one needs three of the same dining table in less than a year's time - the table is constructed poorly and we would have rather gotten a refund/replacement of a different model. If this wasn't bad enough, our bed frame broke in early October 2019 after having it for just nine months. I contacted FR the same day and was told that a replacement part would be ordered and would be available for pick up in approximately 2-3 weeks. Come December, we still hadn't heard anything about our replacement part so when I spoke to the manager, I was told that no one even told him about the issue until mid-November. When he called me back to inform me that the replacement part was in, it was already early January and we had took it upon ourselves to fix the bed frame because we're not going to sleep on a mattress on the floor (with no box spring - this bed frame does not require one) for three months. Ridiculous that FR expects customers to go without a bed for months on end. To make everything worse, both recliners on our sofa broke a year after delivery. FR sent out a third party on 12/11/19 to assess the damage, take pictures, and report to the manager for him to order replacement parts. We were told that we would be able to schedule a repair date a few weeks following assessment and it is already almost March (3 months later) and we have no word on if or when our sofas will be fixed. Not only is the quality of furniture sold here shoddy (we've had cheap, discount furniture that has held up longer than this and we aren't even home enough to really use our furniture often - no idea why it would break after a year), but the customer service is even worse. After the point of sale, they stop caring and will not return online requests or phone calls. Here we are stuck with several thousand dollars worth of broken furniture and we would like it all replaced or a full refund. We were taken advantage of by FR and are already in the process of going to La-Z-Boy to purchase new furniture that is of better quality. One should NOT have to replace furniture that is a year old. read more

My girlfriend and I moved into a new place in NWA and were in need of some barstools, a few tables and a couch. Yesterday we went to Furniture Row in Springdale. The first two workers we encountered (both women, I didn't catch their names) were pleasant and helpful, if a little slow at get the ball rolling on our purchases. We decided on the kitchen seating we wanted, and then proceeded to look at the couches on the other side of the store. We walked in, browsed for a while as the man who was working at that side of the store assisted an older couple, and pretty quickly decided on what we wanted to buy. I also didn't catch this worker's name but he was male, possibly middle-aged. Besides one or two other customers who were also browsing, my girlfriend and I were the only ones in the entire store; it was hot, muggy, and pretty much empty in there. We sat at the couch we had decided on for about 25 minutes, waiting for a worker to come over so we could follow through with our purchase. We stood up and caught his eye a couple times. We even motioned to him. After a short while it became clear that the older couple he had been helping was not intending to buy a couch right there and then, and were just looking at possibilities for the future. We, meanwhile, had money in hand ready to pay for this lovely couch. He stopped assisting them after about ten minutes and, instead of coming over to us, just walked away. We were left waiting again, alone in the store, for about 15 more minutes while nobody came to even ask what we wanted to do. I started to become annoyed and eventually tracked down a worker on the other side of the store who would talk to me (the poor man was just cleaning things, I don't even know if he was a salesman) to ask why we were waiting a half-hour to buy a couch that we WANTED to buy. The first two women who had helped us with the barstools were either nowhere to be found or assisting someone else, and the man who we assumed was selling couches was MIA. He went and got the salesman, the one who had ignored us, and alerted them that we were waiting to buy a couch. After this something odd happened. I told the salesman that we were looking to buy a specific couch. My exasperation was probably showing through my voice, but to be fair, we had been waiting in those sweaty quarters for a long time, and for no demonstrated reason. I don't know why, but the salesman sarcastically quipped back, "I'm looking to SELL you a couch" with this stupid smug expression on his face. I said, "Doesn't seem like it," and he shut up then. After that he was probably too embarrassed to sell us anything, and got the first woman to finish our purchase (who again was very cordial and helpful). Then we waited another twenty minutes for them to bring the barstools out back, for us to put in our car. We probably spent a total of three to four hours in there; previous purchases at furniture stores have usually taken under an hour. I don't know why my girlfriend and I were given this treatment when we literally came there to buy the store's product. It's not like we were just looking, which it appeared most of the other customers were doing. All the older customers' needs were being graciously fulfilled, it appeared. I don't know if it's some kind of reverse ageism here, but I'm from NJ and that is not how we roll. This isn't the first time I've experienced this bizarre seniority bias when trying to BUY A PRODUCT in NWA- I just didn't expect a freakin' furniture store to be in on it too. I am in my 20s and graduated from college, both in a steady place and going steady. My girlfriend and I did not expect to be treated like fifteen-year olds who came to just lounge on couches or something... while white heads were being carefully, lovingly attended to. It appears some of the employees at Furniture Row think that, due to the way my girlfriend and I appear (I.e. young and supposedly naive) we are either not deserving of a couch, or not able to afford one. Both lines of thought are disgusting, unabashedly biased. You don't get to judge my intelligence or income based on how I look. And I see no other cause for the bizarre, unprofessional way we were treated. My girlfriend and I don't intend to come back here for another purchase, even though we do need more furniture. We'll just go somewhere else or order online, someplace where they can't see we're 22 years old and thriving. Good luck, grow up, don't get cucked. Especially by furniture salespeople. read more

Will not buy here again. My recliner Chair fell apart in 6 months. I have spent almost 4 months trying to get it repaired and warranty offered. Manager in Springdale will tell you he has ordered parts but then call back and other associates claim no knowledge. Stay away! We are never disappointed with Furniture Row! We bought our first couch from Tony in Conway. It has lasted us well for four years and we use our couches much more than the average family! Just bought our second set of furniture from Bri in Springdale. The customer service is amazing, every time we go in we are treated like Furniture Row's favorite customer. Also, the cleaning supplies are amazing. I have never found a cleaner that works as well as this stuff. I use it on carpet, furniture, everything! If I could give a zero star rating I would.. I prepaid for a kitchen table and chairs. Salesman said the items would arrive in less than a month. After a month and a half I went to the store to check on the status. I was told everything was there and had been for several days. Yet I never received a call letting me know that. Got a delivery scheduled and thought everything was all good. Got a call prior to the delivery date saying the salesman wasn't at work the day prior so the the delivery service wasn't notified to deliver my items. So rescheduled again. Then got a call they needed to reschedule for a day later because my address was in a different area than they originally thought. Ok whatever. Took a half day off from work the following day so as to be home between 3:30 and 5:30 pm when they said the delivery would be made. They never showed up. No phone call or anything. Called the store .... found out my table was damaged so they didn't load it on that days delivery truck. Again.... never received any notice from the store of the problems. So I lost a half day of work. The moment they knew there was a problem they should've called me to let me know. But they did not. Very poor communication. Very poor customer service. read more

1 Jan 2013. Went to Sofa Mart. in Springdale, Arkansas. Found sofa and agreed to buy. Would not sell us sofa. Said they had to order. Be at least 2 weeks. Manager would not speak with us. Poor sales person had to run back and forth. I can order same sofa on line for less and don't have to pay sales tax. Like to support local business. Found out Sofa Mart is "order only" store. The reason for not selling sofa to us, this is a quote "my manager is stressed, because the bigwigs are coming to the store in a week of so and he wants the store to look nice".
