Bought a chest and a nursing chair back in April. I was told they didn't have it in their store so I had to wait until mid May and that they would keep me updated. To this very day, they never have once called to update me, I had to continually call to get any type of update. On top of that, each update was nothing, but lies. It's now June and there's still no true update. I've been continuously fed lies by each rep, stating things like: "your order has been shipped, you should received the order within a week, we don't have control over our shipment, we don't control online orders, we can't expedite online requests, our store managers are only available Saturdays...etc." Short summary: Lesson learned, skip this store in the future. They don't care about your business, customer service is not helpful, plus rude. I would recommend getting your furniture somewhere else. Cancelled order. read more

We have done business with Furniture Row for years. 90% of the furniture in my home came from Furniture Row. Our two leather sofas and high top kitchen table were purchased from Furniture Row in Charlotte NC. The remainder of our furniture came from the Tyler location. We have had furniture delivered and we have picked it up. All of our experiences have been great!! We are currently waiting on a bed and bench from them and I have no doubt this experience will go great as well. On the rare occasion we have had a problem, because things happen, they have always taken care of the issue. I'll admit I'm biased to Furniture Row because my customer experience has always been great!! Their professional customer service is why I've been a customer for over 13 years!! I sure wish I would have read the other reviews before I spent thousands of dollars ($5,500) on a piece of furniture we still have not received. It was ordered and paid for in October 2023. They said 10 to 12 weeks, it has now been 19 weeks and no furniture in sight. From the bait and switch at the sales counter, to the delivery drivers spilling the protective cleaner (while delivering a different piece) and the complete callous attitude of the staff, I would never recommend furniture Row in Tyler, Tx. From the sounds of the other reviews, it doesn't look like I'm going to need my five year protection plan. So sad! read more

Wonderful place to shop. They go above and beyond to help you. The couch they delivered had a problem. They replaced it no problem.

With the other reviews I read here I was hesitant to shop here, but I'm so glad we did. Kim was the one who helped us and she was so sweet and understanding. We had been to lots of other stores that were super pushy about us buying things or taking down our information and she was not. It was a breath of fresh air. With some help from her and the manager we found the perfect couch and ottoman for our space. All of their furniture was really nice quality and not outdated like some of the other stores in town. We will be back to shop their for any of our furniture needs and we will always be asking for Kim. Thank you so much for your help! read more

As noted in at least one review the store sales team including the manager are insulting at best. 1. During our first visit to the store we worked directly with a manager. She followed us around the store provided no input and was unhelpful. We asked her to price out options for us, and she seemed offended when I asked if those were her best prices. Simply asking at a retail establishment is not out of line. During our visit with our infant daughter and three year old son, our daughter needed a change in diaper. There are no changing stations in the store, and thus we had to leave before deciding what to do with our purchase. 2. My wife returned the next day without the kids or me so that she could shop and review selections without worrying about the children. I stayed home to watch the kids. She was greeted by a salesperson and the salesperson was called away by the manager mid discussion. When the salesperson returned she was standoffish and made my wife feel as if she was not welcome. My wife could not find the salesperson, but eventually found her behind the counter on the sales floor eating Popeyes chicken. Eventually my wife left after the salesperson began quoting her for different furniture than had been requested. My wife called to speak to the manager and the manager stated that the reason the manager was talking with her salesperson was they were discussing lunch. This became clear as Popeyes was the topic of discussion, as that is what was delivered tot the store. I then spoke to the manager, and she completely denied that she told my wife anything about lunch, and just kept backtracking. 3. Corporate contacted me without any resolution, and seemed to be supportive of the team and the way that they do business. I've left out names to be respectful of identities. I have addressed our experience with corporate and they feel very sound in how the store is run. I've decided to shop at a local furniture store, spend a little bit more and be treated with dignity and respect. read more

This place has everything u could ever want for your home. The staff is super friendly and always looking to help u out in any way possible. I bought a very comfy couch and am very pleased. Only bad thing was having to wait a few weeks for it. And having to pay delivery charge. But other than that. This place is great. The people are nice. And the products are awesome read more

Delivery times are awful. I've been waiting for about a month for my furniture. I've received only 1 part of the purchase. When I called to inquire I was told that they've called me 6 days before... no voice mail or follow up call. Also, if you want to buy from 2 or 3 of the stores within be ready to deal with 3 different sales agents, all of whom will try and sell you their extended protection plan and make you feel guilty if you don't buy it--- The 4 years interest free is the only plus in this store. read more

The place has nice furniture but the customer service is awful, the 2 times I ordered pieces from there nobody called me to let me know that my furniture arrived and in fact I'm still waiting since may for the rest of it. The management blames it to COVID related issues but the fact is that nobody had called me since may to updat me about my furniture and that it's been pushed and pushed back constantly now from august they said till late October and nobody had the decency to call me. I've been calling every 2 weeks to find out what's going on but I keep getting the same answers and excuses. No telling when I will get my furniture. read more

I'll give them zero stars, I spent $6700 on a living room set when I got at home it was defective so I called the store back and they told me they might be able to send somebody out after they close they showed up about 845 that night with no fix they just told me to leave the legs off and set it on my floor when I said that won't work they told me to put blankets under it and sit it on my floor I called back the next morning to the store and asked to speak to the manager who's name is Hunter Gary all he had to say about it was I should feel lucky I didn't have to wait six months that he did not care!! so then I asked for the regional manager's name and email address and he refused to give me that I had to call another store just to find out who the regional manager was and what his email address was I emailed the regional manager his name is Ryan Coleman informed him on what was going on and I never heard a word back from him did not get an email back from him nothing whatsoever. The salesman his name was Justin Gable told me he would order new pieces. it took two weeks for the piece to come in I called him and asked when I could pick it up he said I could pick it up today and they would come pick up their piece Friday when I got in the store they change their mind basically he lied to me and said he could not give me that other piece. basically what I'm trying to say is a Furniture Row and these three people do not care about return business or customer service in no form or fashion and they're not to be trusted I would not believe a word any of those three people say that was the worst customer service and the worst experience I have ever had purchasing any kind of furniture whatsoever.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM FURNITURE ROW AS YOU CAN THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!! Pleasant manager/saleslady. Three months ago we bought 2 sets of reclining chairs at Tyler, Texas Furniture Row since we'd read such good reviews. We explained clearly our health needs as they pertain to furniture. I'm unsure if money was the motivation to mislead us, however we were mislead. My husband served 20+ years in the military and his health reflects that. These chairs have increased his pain. I'm consulting my cardiologist about my ability to continue sitting in this chair. The store manager has been made aware a second time about these chairs. In re-reading reviews most discuss other than recliners. read more

I have bought many items here over the years. No complaints, always friendly helpful sales staff. My latest purchase was a split king mattress with one side being adjustable. This purchase was more complicated than the usual ordering a mattress and box spring. My wife and I like different firmness which necessitated this type of purchase. Blake helped us out and he has years of experience. It showed as he walked us through what we would need. Unfortunately, my wife didn't like her half of the bed and we asked if we return it and get another about a month later. No problem, Blake handled that too! We only had to wait a few days to get our mattresses. Very pleased with our experience! read more

I bought a bed for my daughter on Labor day. It was back ordered. I was told at that time it would be in within three weeks. Three weeks later, I was told it would be another six weeks. After six weeks, I've been told we won't get it till December. That's over four months after the bed was paid for, provided we actually get it then. I suggest only buying from what they have in stock because their supply chain must be horrible. read more
