I brought home the cabinet only to find it was such an odd size that you couldn't use standard Manila file folders in any drawer. I was ticked off but the error was mine for not measuring prior to the purchase. A few days pass and so I call the store. Rather than blowing me off, they said bring it back. They unload the cabinet, walk me back to the file cabinet area (and they have a LOT to choose from!!!) and they offered me the perfect cabinet for my need. Get this! The second cabinet was priced a few dollars more than the one I originally purchased but they gave it to me for the same price. Who does that these days?! My satisfaction was VERY important to them, without question. They loaded the replacement cabinet into my vehicle and I was on my way. Office Barn runs an ethical and professional business. I have really bad back issues, takes hours to fall asleep, i toss and turn, RLS, wake up in middle of the night and in the morning I am an aching zombie. So I came into Sleep First, met Teddy, I told him my story and we went from there. I spent 2 hours in the store (i wanted to take my time) we finally made a decision on a Sealy Hybrid. It was delivered the next day and friends, I have slept 3 nights straight in a row now. Fall asleep within 30 mins and sleep so sound. I even slept through a huge storm, which has NEVER happened, I didnt even believe it, I had to research the weather and rewind our security cameras, I am in absolute shock!!!! I am in tears over this, this past year has been a complete nightmare, I cant even really say that because that would require a deep sleep.
