So we returned to Palm Casual two and a half years ago to look for new outdoor chairs for our newly build home. We purchased 4 vinyl wicker chairs and 2 ottomans with cushions. This chair and ottoman set was gray in color and came with very nicely sewn cushions. The chairs were also swivel rockers. They came with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer, a north Carolina Outdoor furniture company. I don't remember the exact name. We loved the chairs and they fit very well in our new outside covered porch on the river in south Georgia. Unfortunately, after 2 years of use they began to crack and fall apart. They were only in sunlight for an hour or two a day, never full sun, We also would move them inside when bad storms were predicted. I called the manufacturer first and was told that the company we purchased them from would be responsible for the warranty. I then called Palm Casual in Jacksonville to report the problems and sent them pictures of the damage. They responded quickly and were glad to help us with the situation. We drove down expecting to defend ourselves to get them replaced. But to our surprise we were met with smiles and a great helpful attitude from Mike, the owner. He was very understanding and concerned about our situation. He told us to pick out new chairs and ottomans and cushions and he would take care of the warranty with the manufacturer. He did say that there had been other customers that bought the same brand and color wicker chairs like ours and had similar problems. We actually picked out slightly more expensive replacements but he just said don't worry about it we will take care of the difference in price. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes with new chairs on order at no cost to us and no haggling or stress! Our new chairs were delivered to us and the old ones taken away in about 6 weeks by two great delivery guys. We were really happily surprised and relieved how our situation was handled by Mike and his team at Palm Casual! We have been enjoying our new chairs, ottomans and cushions for several weeks now. We really love them! Many Thanks to Mike and his team at Palm Casual. We highly recommend Palm Casual in Jacksonville, Florida!
