    How can one store mess up so much? First of all, selection was quite limited and when we finally…read moresettled on pieces we liked it took another hour (on top of when we were browsing and selecting) just to put together the paperwork. After everything was signed and done, they tried to place our order only to realize that they can't deliver to Long Island (which was the first thing we asked them when we entered the store). Later that day we get a call that, they figured out a way to deliver the furniture, but we will have to come back next week and show them ID in person. We come back and look over the order information, only to realize that they ordered one nightstand instead of two. Next of, a couple days before our delivery was scheduled we got a call that the coffee table we ordered was no longer available. Come delivery day (almost a month later), they not only delivered the wrong colored sectional, but the completely wrong bedroom set after we specially pointed out every piece we wanted to the manager in person! They completely ruined my new apartment. Update: The situation has (finally) been resolved and all of the proper furniture was delivered today. I have to give a huge thank you to the management for working to quickly resolve everything.

Their warehouse reps from regency furniture were rude and condescending to me when I waited for months with patience for my furniture after they sent me half my order. Edwin Rojas the apparent top manager in customer service as he told me, and Samantha spoke to me in a disrespectful manner blaming me for their inconsistencies and not delivering my furniture order all together. They belittled my intelligence and proceeded to put the blame on the customer. Furthermore, After how rude they treated me I proceeded to tell them about the damage that was caused to my brand new home due to the delivery. The delivery guy took pictures of the damage and sent it to his company and told me someone would contact me regarding the damage caused. No one contacted me and when I spoke to Samantha, in a condescending tone she stated it's too late for me to claim damages. I proceeded to ask who the delivery people were because they seem to have records of every other detail. However, Samantha stated they don't know who the delivery people are and they don't have record of that. That is horrifying to hear being I am a woman and was alone in my house while strange men entered my home who I thought were employed by Ashley furniture. My trust was put in Ashley furniture and they put me in possibly harmful situation sending men they don't know and have no record of into my home. The end result was Samantha hanging up in my face because she stated I the customer am wrong for Ashley messing up my furniture order. I would never in a million years recommend Ashley furniture. Unfortunately, the sales people I worked with were great and should go work for a different company that is reputable and don't treat their customers like garbage after taking their money.

    I didn't think it could get worse but trust me, it does. After numerous calls and messages I went…read moreback to the store for a second time. They finally contacted me for a service call. The store told me not to worry. They would have to replace both because they are falling apart. Well... not the case. The service man comes. Tells us..." oh yes, these are coming apart at the stitching in all different places. This is not your fault. These will both be under manufacturer warranty. Let's not forget that the loveseat recliner had broke too. He fixed the recliner. He then proceeded to tell us that this company has changed dramatically. That they basically fired most live agents and have everything going through a central message and that's why it is so difficult to contact anyone. He said that he is constantly going on calls to fix furniture that falling apart and that so many people are experiencing the same issues. He assured us of his recommendation which was to replace under manufacturer warranty. Now keep in mind that my situation is unique. When I first purchased these in April of 2025, the following day when we put the recliner on the couch up we heard a rip and noticed the seam ripped. I went to the store. They said... absolutely they will replace under manufacturer warranty. Tech comes, takes pics. The service calls and tells me my only Option is to use my diamond protection plan. I was horrified but she literally told me (in a very nasty way) " nope, the furniture is in your house, it's yours, you caused it, you replace it". I knew I was going to get nowhere and I had just remodeled my home. I ate it and used the plan. I had to pay over $200 to have them deliver. So after the money they charge for the plan you also pay that. When I told the store what had happened. They told me I was crazy and that I was , "bullied into using the plan and that it is only good one time". My hope was that it was a freak thing and God willing that would be the only issue. Fast forward a few months and I notice the same things happening all over the couch and starting on the loveseat. So here we are. The service calls after the tech leaves. She tells me... you can use your diamond protection plan for the loveseat but we can't do anything for you about the couch. You already used the plan on that. I explained that the tech told me it would be under manufacturer. The couches are falling apart. She said.."noooooo. The tech said there was a stain on the couch. I made her show us the picture. I felt like I was going insane. It's a microfiber couch. It literally Looks light one way dark the other. One swipe of the had and look different. There was no Stain. And why not replace the loveseat under manufacturer. That,they didn't even offer. She explained that the only way to use manufacturers warranty is if there is No sign of use. lol. So.. you get a Manufacturers warranty for a year on a couch but if you sit on the couch then nope. You don't get it. Think about that..."you can't SIT on the couch". She was rude, dismissive. Told me..."sorry. You're stuck with it. The only thing you could do is pay half price and delivery fee for a new one. So basically... the only option is to buy a new couch in less than a year. Because we all know how much companies mark up their prices. She wanted me to pay 1,000 and the 250. Basically, they were charging me their cost or close to it give or take. What I've learned from this... They have no decency for customers. They will not replace anything under manufacturer. And they trained to deny everything. When you are told they are escalating your situation, that is also a lie. They never call. If I can prevent even one person from buying from this place it's worth my "very long" review but it needed to be explained. They are horrible and all liars. And when their tech guy and store manager tell me that I should have gone to Bobs you know that's a problem. Btw... when I try to write on their posts to warn other customers, they erase my posts. Imagine a company of that size having that much time on their hands. ‍

Ordered furniture from them. The woman in store very helpful. Got my delivery from so called "professional movers" I have two different entrances into my home. The guys didn't even want to try one of them to get it in. They tried my back door one way and were like it doesn't fit. We won't try it other ways to get it in. If your a professional you should know the angels need to get something to work. Their delivery people completely incompetent. Talking to customer service they were just as unhelpful. If they don't think it will fit they won't try. Do your job. We all have jobs. But these guys just don't care. He was like well we have to return this piece. Do you want take delivery of the rest. No care about trying to get it to fit to help me. I moved all the old furniture out of my place with no more then my friend and myself. We're talking old couches. Beds. Dressers. We're not movers and we got it done in the matter of an afternoon. Macy's furniture you lost your sale to me and Macy's you lost mine too. I can go other places to buy what I need. Now that is done. Raymour and flanngian here I come.

    I ordered a lift recliner on October 5 for my husband, who depends on it for his health condition…read more It was delivered today and worked for only two hours before both the lift and recline stopped completely. I called the delivery company, and the technician who set it up came back after I showed him on WhatsApp that it wasn't working. When he tried it again, it suddenly worked -- but now I have no trust in its reliability. What if it stops again when my husband is in it? My husband and I are both over 70, and I had to bring our old chair up from the basement by myself so he'd have something safe to use. Customer service still hasn't called back, even after I reported the issue. This is unacceptable. Selling and delivering an unreliable chair to seniors, then ignoring urgent calls for help, is disgraceful. Avoid this company. Update: Received a call from supervisor Rosa -- the same person who handled my purchase. She refused to take the chair back, claiming it's non-refundable, though I was told otherwise at the time of sale. She only offered an exchange. Feel zero appreciation. I still haven't received my invoice. Feel completely scammed and disappointed.
