Called at 8am and my appointment was set for 9am same day. Full service for a great price. Owner and staff did a great job on their first cut. Will be bringing them again and our other dogs also. The groomers here know how to handle cats. Mine is usually a bit anxious when I take him, but Alex did a great job grooming him and giving him a great lion cut. Although cats are very clean animals, grooming is beneficial in that it reduces the dander that causes allergies and it also helps with hairballs in long-haired cats. I thought I'd continue to share as a reminder. If you love your pet... please do not use this groomer! I used based off Yelp reviews and new to area. My mini poodle is almost 3 yrs old and only has had 1 ear infection 2 yrs ago which prescribed ear drops helped right away. First let's talk the severe double ear infection he got after his grooming visit. It's so bad I don't know what they do to the ears but they were very red on inside and you can see where the skin was bloody raw in areas, please note he didn't go in with any ear infection or health problems. He is still on antibiotics and ear drops, I'm considering suing the owner for his $300 + vet bill. Also they cut all his nails way too short causing one of his white clear nails to bleed and become infected. Almost 2 weeks later he is still licking his nails and fighting his ear infection. The owner of the company doesn't care I tried calling a day or two later expressing my concern, I got a gentleman on the phone with broken English. I think it's very horrible here not sanitary at all . Please don't take your furbaby here. Please! read more

I went here to get two of my cats groomed! Please save your pets time. You don't want them experiencing something so traumatic. First the manager called to say one of the cats was really aggressive. We know she can get scared but she is good if you treat her good. Well when we arrived she was all tied up in a leash. From neck to legs. Never thought grooming services did that. Her first trip was pet smart and they did just fine there. But apparently they did it for safety purposes. I called and made an in appointment for my Persian cat. I was so happy they groom cats, it's harder to find now days. I was able to get my beast in on Saturday the same week. I loved not having to schedule 2 or 3 weeks out. They offer curbside drop off and pick up which was nice and they wear their masks. It also seems they keep the front door locked to stop folks from popping into the salon. Alex and did a great job. Cats can be difficult (you ever tell a cat to lay down? It doesn't really work like that) and even though my beast wasn't fully co-operative with the whole process, he looks fantastic. Alex groomed him exactly as I asked and his eyes weren't all blood shot when I picked him up, which is nice it makes me feel like they were extra careful bathing him. I did have to pay a tiny bit more due to my monsters lack of cooperation but thats pretty standard for felines, I think. I am glad I had some extra cash in the car because they didn't mention it until pick up time. Anyway, the experience was good and I would recommend Alex. read more

My Husky always comes out looking and smelling great. He's a bigger boy with very squirrelly tendencies (believe me i've bathed him myself before) but they always get the job done. We've gone to other groomers before such as House of Paw and Garden of Grooming, even Petsmart grooming as well, and they have been a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. Various times my dog would come home wet still, shedding a ton of fur even though we pay extra for deshedding, nails unclipped, and sometimes still dirty. One time a place bathed him and put him out to play with the other dogs in a play yard and got dirty again after them spending 3 hours to groom him and refused to rewash him, so I had to pay $80 for a dirty dog. That's never ever happened to us at Furr Paradise. I always recommend them to any one who will listen. read more

My dog Angel was one of the first fur babies to be groomed at the Santa Ana location. Alejandro greeted us and I explained how I wanted her groomed. Alejandro did just so. Angel was so happy she loved to show off her haircut. He asked my permission to post before and after pictures and of her cut and of course I said yes. That was about 5 yrs ago. It is still difficult to look at her pictures because I had to have her put into permanent sleep on May, 1, 2021. I just wanted to give Alejandro a resounding public thank you. Angel was a rescue. We had her for 13 wonderful years. She was about 1 when I got her. She was mostly black with white on her chest and her 4 paws. Also some on her chest. She was part Llhasa Apso and Poodle.
