After a break for a few years, I got another dog and went back to try to use them. They set up an appointment for a Monday and told me drop off was from 8:00 to 9:00. I arrived at 8:10 and found the door locked and no one there. Upon checking online it stated they were closed on Mondays. I returned on Tuesday at 10 after 8:00 and was told I had missed my appointment. It was on Monday. I told them I came and no one was there. The girl said oh sorry I was running late. Stuck in traffic yesterday. No call to see if there was a reason we had not shown up or wanted to reschedule. Was told that there could not be any grooming done when I arrived due to missing my appointment and then being booked up. Crap customer service and an uncaring worker. I will not use, nor recommend them anymore.

Both were things I would have agreed to with notice, but springing them on me the day of, after I'd planned around the original estimate, is not how a well-run practice operates. The lack of communication continued through discharge. My dog came out of general anesthesia and the tech who released him didn't verbally review feeding instructions or what to monitor for overnight -- it was only in the packet. At my previous vet, the veterinarian personally called after a dental to let me know how it went; here, I didn't hear from the vet at all. The results of the heartworm and fecal tests weren't reviewed with me either, even though the whole purpose of the heartworm test was to clear my dog for his flea/tick prevention refill -- I had to ask about both the result and the medication myself. One more practical note: they're consistently booked out at least two weeks. If your pet has an urgent issue, don't expect to get in quickly. The care itself wasn't incompetent, but for the premium they charge, the communication and follow-through were well below what I'd expect. I won't be bringing my pets back.

Dropped him off this morning and assumed everything was set, nothing was said otherwise from the front desk staff and they took him right back to "get the bath to start". At lunch I received an automated text message that the appointment is scheduled for next Monday... I called as he is physically there supposed to get the grooming now, or should have already had it. No one answered so I left a message asking about this. a half hour later when no one called back I called again and the person on the phone said " I did get your message, it is up to the groomer if she has time to do the hair cut?!" but no one bothered to reach out to me to tell me this. had I not called a second time he would still be just sitting in a crate! it is now 3 pm, I have changed my schedule to get him to and from this appointment twice and he has been locked in a crate since 8:45 this morning with no call to tell me this even when i call??? Ridiculous. When i show up to pick him up the employees at the front don't even care that this has happened, offer no explanation or reasoning on this at all. I ask to speak to a manager and am just told "they aren't there", on a Monday at 3 pm? great way to run a business. Avoid at all cost, I will never go back.
