BLUF: It's a decent self-service car wash…read more The guy and I came to this car wash last week (Sunday, I believe), so he could wash his car. Long story short, it was extremely packed, which is fine, I mean it was a holiday weekend with nice weather - that's to be expected. However, the thing that was annoying is that at all of the vacuum stations, it specifically says "NO DETAILING". ALL of the vacuum stations were filled with ignorant, rude, obnoxious people who were basically detailing their entire car in the vacuum spots, which obviously meant that no one else could use the areas to vacuum out their cars. None of the employees were making any effort to fix this, and I think that's unacceptable. They were too worried about pushing the line through to the car wash, but what's the point of doing that if you're going to have a huge back up at the end of the wash and into the vacuuming area. -__- Overall, I'm sure it's much better when it isn't busy, but this particular visit was sort of a turn off for me.

I was super impressed bc after you go thru the car wash, you can pull into a stall to vacuum your car. But they had clean clothes, cleaning spray at the stalls. And also, if you needed air for your tires, it was free and at each stall next to the vacuum. Totally new experience for me. I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously, and the customer service was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I found the owner to be rude and confrontational. I believe businesses should stand behind their work and make things right when customers are dissatisfied. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I just paid $25 for the basic outside and inside wash. 2 people scrubbed the outside before I went through the auto wash. Then after the auto wash, I drove up to the bay where an employee hand dried the outside of my vehicle. After that they wiped down all the surfaces inside the car, cleaned all the windows and mirrors, took out my mats and washed those, and vacuumed the inside. The most impressive part was that they were able to get most of the dog hair out. Let me tell you, that stuff clings on for dear life. I'm telling all of my family and friends, for $25 this is the best value car wash I have been to. Highly recommend.
