Dazzling Car Care gets a "0" this time!!! I have been a champion for this you man for a few years! Now I am embarrassed at his antics and lack of customer service. He HAD some great reviews but something has gone wrong. In fact, I've been wrong about Leon Johnson and Dazzling Car Care Do not fall for prepaying anything, I Did, and get your expectations in writing! I am out of $250.00 for his gift certificate con. My Auntes van was not fully detailed inside and outside. His son told me that he did not clean the inside as usual because it may not be dry in time which was 2:30pm after I dropped it off at 7:30am. I have the text Leon sent saying it would be ready at 2:30pm. It felt strange when he texted me because according to Leon it was going to take time to do a full detail because of the weather, he had been sick and in the hospital and his help was sick as well see pics & video below. Court is next if he does not Cash App me back as I paid him $250.00 The so called gift certificates in my opinion are just a way to get a $250 regular car wash with car wash wax in a bucket is what I witnessed and a professional fried of mind that did full details for Bob Richard's Chevrolet for years. Excellent service from Mr. Leon. We are new in town and searched & searched for a quality hand car wash service with interior cleaning and vacuum. Mr. Leon is the ONLY car wash in town where you can get a full service car wash. He is dependable and trustworthy. I was working temporarily in the area and Mr. Leon washed my car while I was at work and brought it back to me on my lunch break. Horrible customer service. Do not buy a package deal. If anything changes they will not honor the contract. My father died shortly after getting and paying for package deal. I was promptly told that death voids contract. All I had asked for was that they clean the cars one more time prior to me selling them. This would still have left them with have of the contract unused but paid for. I would think that either service or refund should have been the correct response. horrible experience, I was recommended by a member of my church and at first everything was ok. I paid for a wash package $300 in advance. the owner Leon tried to make advances at me asking me to play a drinking game with him and I politely denied from there all professionalism went out the window. Every time I tried to get my car washed he would not honor my request. I finally asked for my money back and he only gave me $150 of the money I had already pre-paid for 26 washes. Leon also removed all the wax off my car explaining to me that he would be build it back up but he never kept his word and now my paint is chipping on my entire car and when I asked him about the issue he said my car was already pealing and he would not assist in getting paint Job. I don't recommend this place for single women he is predator, be carefu. read more

First off the owner is very professional and kind. I called last minute to schedule my detail. They open early and they were on time. I got there at 730 and was out by 930. I'm military and he gave me a 20% discount and by looking at my car you would've never guessed I only paid $80. That was my first time getting my car detailed and I will be coming back here! They were absolutely amazing. I pulled over to take pictures of my car to post this review, one of the employees came to check to make sure I didn't find anything wrong with my car. I recently purchased a used vehicle for my bartending company and it desperately needed to be detailed. I stopped by on my lunch break and talked to the owner, Leon. He looked the car over and told me he couldn't do a good job cleaning my car in just an hour and asked me to come back on Monday morning before going to work. Someone on his staff took me to work and I was told it would be ready by 4pm but they had it ready by 2pm! My car looked great and I wasn't charged an outrageous price. This is truly a hidden gem in downtown Augusta. So you've probably passed it on numerous occasions because it's located on the same street as the popular Hive Growler Bar and Bees Knees. Recently, I desperately needed to have my car washed and I was in the area after a meeting, so I dropped off my car. The car wash that I'd used for a few years closed recently and I was looking for a place that could compare. Well Dazzling Car Care is it. They made my car look amazing inside and out. I left my car there while I grabbed a coffee at a nearby cafe and they called me as soon as it was ready. It took about 30 minutes, but I didn't mind and my car was a mess. Here's the kicker, they are so affordable. My car wash was only $20 bucks and my car looked as if it had been detailed. I say check it out especially if you are in the downtown area on a lunch break, they're probably quicker on cars that owners care for on a regular basis lol. read more

The man that runs this establishment is a crook. He not only charged me 150$ to detail my 2014 Honda Civic I had to go back 2 more times for them to even finish cleaning my car because they did such a horrible job. The employee that cleaned my car also lost my custom all terrain leather mat for my drivers side. Because I am fully aware that mistakes happen, I paid for my car service under the perception that LEON was going to replace my mat. After calling him and going up to the shop multiple times a week up he blocked my number so I called from a different number and he straight up lied and said he that he wasn't the owner and gave a false name. I took my car to him late September and by the time december came around I finally gave up. I went to this establishment solely for the good reviews I found online. I was highly disappointed. Arrived last night to Augusta for a business trip. I needed my Ford F-150 Limited clean and found this place in Yelp so I decided to give it a shot. I was a bit lost since there was no sign outside the building but stop and talked to one of their guys and right away they got my truck in without appointment and WOW! Stopped by just to make an appointment for the weekend. He said weekends are no good, and he could do it today. He gave me a price of $60 for exterior only which is what I wanted. The driver dropped off the car at my house. They charged me $125 for interior and exterior, Hey the floor mats didn't even come clean. I called Leon and he argued on the phone and would not work with me. I will never ever use this service again. read more
