I took an extremely dirty Tahoe to Rock n Wash Auto Spa. I was very happy with the results. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out. They put a lot of effort cleaning this car, including removing tree sap. I was amazed how clean they got the interior. I selected their best wash for $45.00 and it was worth every penny. I went on a cross country road trip with 2 kids and 3 dogs. Needless to say when I returned my car was in need of a wash. I'm not a frequent car wash patron, I usually just pay my kids to do it, but this was a desperate time. I was very pleasantly surprised with this establishment. I just paid $25 for the basic outside and inside wash. 2 people scrubbed the outside before I went through the auto wash. Then after the auto wash, I drove up to the bay where an employee hand dried the outside of my vehicle. After that they wiped down all the surfaces inside the car, cleaned all the windows and mirrors, took out my mats and washed those, and vacuumed the inside. The most impressive part was that they were able to get most of the dog hair out. Let me tell you, that stuff clings on for dear life. I'm telling all of my family and friends, for $25 this is the best value car wash I have been to. Highly recommend. read more

This is the only car wash I know of in the CSRA where you get this service for this value. You can choose several options but the basic wash costs $25. This includes a spray and hand scrub of your vehicle prior to going through the actual car wash machine. It also includes a full service detailing of the inside of your car. They do such a comprehensive job of cleaning the inside. You should, of course tip these hard-working folks, but I think this is an outstanding value. Car wash is trash the machine barely puts out soap and the guys who perform the full service details like drying, windows, vacuum etc don't have a clue about how to clean a car. He didn't wipe the inside of the truck down at all. I only came here because my wife's truck needed cleaning badly. I'll stick to doing my cars myself before I bring it here. Only reason I see coming here is if your car is very dirty and you just need to knock the dirt off with a outside only wash. read more

They scratched my car and didn't say anything. When I asked them to pull the tape I got the run around how the system was out of date and they wouldn't be able to capture it blah blah. Brand new 2024 car, I'll NEVER come back. read more

I highly don't recommend a company with pricing integrity a few weeks a ago I paid $45 to have my truck hand washed inside and out .. and today was told $65 just for the out side to be washed !!! They do a poor people's connection and they make up there hand wash prices !!! I can wash the outside for $10 go somewhere with integrity never will I use this place again !!!!! read more

It's small things but still if I'm paying $30 I kind of expect a better job to be done and not have to ask multiple times to have it fixed and still not get done. I even had to ask for a rag and whip down the car my self while they stood and watched me. My car was done way to fast for them to properly clean it I had to ask multiple times can you clean the back window can you vacuum behind the driver seat it was just unpleasant and over priced read more

The people here are really nice and very detailed in their work. My teens vehicle had not been given any love for more than a year so it needed a good vacuum, wiping down of everything inside, sanitized if anything, the gentleman took his time and did an outstanding job. It really is a good and safe environment to bring your vehicle to get the fast detailed care it needs. All the other detailers are phasing out and I'll be honest I was skeptical but glad I came. I've brought 2 vehicles in here to get washed and vacuumed prior to trading in. I did not opt for a complete detail, I selected the Full Gold on the first vehicle. As a pet owner, who relocated in the first vehicle, he was able to get 90-95% if not all of the fur out of the car....along with the smell. The second vehicle I had only owned a year, but still the same amount of pet hair, sans the smell... miracle performed again with the full gold. read more

Whew was a busy day. Cars pulling out and in aaaalllll day. But those guys did not do rush jobs. They still took their time and did a great job. I had about a 40 minute wait. But I didn't mind because they get the job done. Just because the were super busy they didn't slack. I'm glad they're here. Each time You get $5.00 off on the next visit when to get the express wash for about $20.00. Keep the receipt. That makes it about $15.00 next time. Very friendly staff. Strong team work. This place deadass saved me $250 dollars. Every morning, I go to the gym & do cardio for about 15-30 minutes. Then when I'm done, I take my AirPods off & put them in my gym bag while I go lift. Well one day, I couldn't find my airpods before my run. I searched everywhere: the locker room, my car, my house. And I still couldn't find them. I went a few days without airpods, regularly checking their location, which showed as being at the gym & finally just accepted the L. I had just the regular airpods so I considered buying the AirPods Pro this time around. One day, I decided to go get my car washed at this place. I like that it's cheap but they also clean your mats & vacuum the inside as well. So I'm sitting there while they're cleaning my car & I get a notification that the airpods were found near me. I started looking around suspiciously for them, thinking that the person who stole them had to be there at the same time as me. I couldn't see anyone with airpods in because my eyesight is kinda bad & when they honked that my car was ready I was like "oh no, they're gonna get away." I sat inside my car & guess what I found! They had place my airpods in the center console of my car. needless to say, I will not be purchasing the AirPods Pro all thanks to these guys. That's how this place saved me $250. read more

This place is a freaking joke. I called yesterday to inquire about a car detail and was advised to get there right when they open. Flash forward to this morning, we literally got there 30-minutes early, waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence and then were told that they "just found out that they no longer do details on Saturday." Got the full service car wash. I sat in the waiting room for an hour, and my car was still noticeably dirty. They also didn't wipe off all the cleaning product they used on the interior, so there were white patches all over my seats. After my car was cleaned, my car was blocked in by another car being cleaned for 15 minutes. Overall, not very efficient or worth the $22. read more

This used to be one of the best full service automatic car wash business in the CSRA. Not anymore!! I happened to be in the Martinez area yesterday afternoon and decided to get my truck cleaned at Rock and Roll Car Wash. I was promptly waited on at the pay station and promptly entered the wash tunnel. Upon leaving the tunnel, I was directed to one of the four lanes where an attendent dries your vehicle's exterior and vacuums, dusts, and cleans the interior. Here's where my service fell apart. First, my vehicle set in the "on deck" position for 30+ minutes without anyone drying it or anything to it. Finally, one of their employees started spritizing the vehicle with first a blue tinted solution and then a pink tinted solution. Next, she wiped the entire exterior of the vehicle down and then walked away. Ten to 15 minutes later, she came back and appeared to start to interior clean-up. About 20 minutes later, she was giving me the "done" signal. Upon getting to the vehicle, I noticed that dirt/sand on the driver's side threshhold was still present and asked her to wipe it down, whuch she did. After that, she walked away. Upon getting into the vehicle, I noticed she had failed to reinstall my antenna, whuch was laying across the dash board. After reinstalling my antenna, i noticed that the bugs and dirt in the backs of the mirrors had not been touched. Neither where to step bars, which had visible water spots, etc. Very disappointed with this visit to Rock and Roll Car Wash and do not forsee any future visits. read more

I went for the very first time last week and ordered the $20 car wash. My car was pulled up in front of another car to be cleaned and vacuumed, yet they did the car behind me first. We had to wait quite a while for them to do our car. My front tires, dash, and cup holders weren't cleaned and were still dusty and dirty. I saw other workers ask the owners of their cars to check over and let them know if they missed anything, but the guy who cleaned ours didn't ask so we drove off before I noticed the dash, cup holders, and tires. I sent an email to the company via their website and it was shot back as an invalid email. I sent 2 comments through their website and never received a response. I was very disappointed with the quality and service I received. read more

This place is fantastic. As a senior citizen I appreciate fine service regardless of the business. Most of the car wash businesses do not clean the interior, this one does the best I've used. As I say being a senior a clean interior done spotless is important. The staff is friendly and courteous, and very through. You won't go wrong. Don't forget to tip the hard workers. read more
