    Blueberry scone with vanilla drizzle
    Annie M.

I stopped by Fusion Bistro Cafe Market this morning and ordered a blueberry scone from the bakery section! This was absolutely THE best scone I have ever had! It was crunchy on the outside and moist and FLAVORFUL on the inside! Also it had a quality vanilla drizzle on the outside that was made with care and you can tell! I challenge anyone to find a better scone either here or the twin cities! These are homemade -fresh with love! It shows and tastes! I'm obsessed with their rice bowl selections as well......but now I'm a scone-a-holic! Good job Fusion bakers and staff!

Baristas are unfriendly and even slightly rude. Good coffee and food, but horrible customer service.

We did t really feel like we were all the welcome and the service was a little on the slow side. But the food way then made up for it. Appetizers: Bruschetta - excellent. Spinach Artichoke Dip - the best I can remember having anywhere. Garlic bread - very good and cheesey but could have used some more garlic. Caprici salad- wasn't on the menu and the were out of fresh basil but still very good. Pizza Fries - it was a small pizza with sauce on the side. All plates were huge and way to much before the enters. There were 7 of us and we had 5 different pastas and a cheese pizza. No one even came close to finishing their order and we took him 6 boxes and a whole small pie. The food was all very good. Much better then I was expecting really. It's that book and cover thing. It's definitely worth the drive from where we live. And I / we will be returning. And keep you eye out for the Chickens. Polish Chickens at that.

And he had asked kindly twice. Ambiance was ok. Simple. I think it would have been nice for them to comp his garlic bread because it came incredibly late, but they didn't.

They share an entrance with another business, once you enter turn left into the bar. We were greeted and chose to sit near the fireplace. There's 2 different rooms and each room has a bar. We sat in the front and when I walked to the bathroom, I noticed the back room was much bigger and has a stage as well. Food is available, we built our own charcuterie board. Wine and flights are available, also cocktails. Cool place, definitely recommend if you're in the area.

The service was very good even though it only looked like 3 people were working - they were very busy but did not show it They have an extensive wine list which is nice and decent price range from $12 upwards. The Rosè I had was pretty good and the Cab Sauv my date had was good too! The music was pretty loud - only on weekends I think , but when the crowds dispersed it felt more like an intimate wine bar- so I imagine during the week this would be a great place to meet up with friends and family. Did not get to try any food as we had just come from dinner but they did have some amazing smelling bread boards I would be willing to try! The owners are a husband and wife team who are very down to earth and like they get to know everyone who visits A cute place in Shoreview- when in the area I will stop by

Pour is in a little strip mall. They have added black curtains and some cozy seating areas from when we were here last. Nice updates. Our waitress was very accomdating until she got busy then we felt we were forgotten. We ordered the Drunken shrimp , bread with olive oil and the avocado toast to start with. The drunken shrimp is just as good as we remember the saffron sauce is sooooo good! but there were 3 of us sharing the apps and it only came with 2 crostini's we asked for a 3rd so we could each have one but little did we know that one very small skinny piece of bread had a $1.00 charge to it. The steak bites with their homemade blue cheese sauce was to die for melt in your mouth!! I even asked if we could buy some of the blue cheese sauce, she said no but that she would bring us another dish of it but she never did. My girlfriend ordered a cranberry mule drink, she was charged an extra $1.00 for the cranberry. We also ordered the goat cheese with sauces that were very delicious with an ample amount of crackers. We got the chocolate Ganache cake to share for dessert. But............ the waitress never took our empty dirty plates but showed up with the dessert with the mess on table, I asked for extra clean plates but she never brought them. Everything we ordered was very delicious, but as the night progressed our service got worse, we asked for the bill but she never came back to get our payment and we had questions my girlfriend walked it up to the bartender with our payments. 2 of us were paying cash and one a credit card and we were charged an extra fee of $5.18 for her using a credit card. That is when we saw the $1.00 charge for 1 piece 3/8" bread and the $1.00 for cranberry mule. Talk about nickel and diming. We would love to go back but unsure if I can get past some of these things. Also, now looking at the bill even closer, none of us had a mimosa and we were charged $8.95 for one.How did we miss that? All added up we paid $16.00 more than we should have. CRAZY!! Sadly, Don't know if I'll be back.

The food is a step up from the typical "bar" food you find in the north woods. The pulled pork is wonderful (sandwich and nachos). Cheese curds come with two dipping sauces, ranch and chipotle-ranch choices. The broasted chicken is my favorite in the area, but not served on Fridays. Fridays they have a fish fry. They have a dining area that is separate from the bar area, both serve drinks and food. The restaurant is clean and there is a good atmosphere. We will be back.
