Love this place. Great rotation to the menu during the week without having 1 constant oversized menu. Love the Octoberfest menu they offer in the fall. Food is more than just your avg. burgers, flavorful entrees and fun selection of drinks including a great opportunity to taste craft brews from the area. The staff is fun and friendly. I love the beer set up at the bar as they are filled from the bottom. Because of this there is a small card board disk at the bottom of the glass and yes I sort of poked it, then noticed a notation that said not to poke it. I joked with the server that I had because I thought I had won something!! Anyway, we go here frequently and find the food great and the staff attentive and friendly. We eat here every year when we are visiting. It's a nicer atmosphere than most of the other places in town. They have a menu with a lot of options. Staff is very friendly and the service is good. There is also a bar , but I'd say this is more of a restaurant than a bar compared to most of the other places in town are bars that also serve food. The people that work here are very sweet so I feel bad giving a bad review, but the quality of the food has consistently gotten worse since I've traveled through Siren on the way to my cabin over the years. The walleye was not very good and the ritz cracker breading just does not hit the spot. The soup is pretty bland too. My buddy didn't love his salad either. Given the last 3x here have gotten progressively worse I likely won't be stopping in here ever again unless something drastic changes. Recommend going somewhere else to eat in the area. read more

While visiting the Siren area, we popped in for dinner. We were greeted promptly by their friendly hostess and seated quickly. The decor is woodland cabin with plenty of tvs to keep up on your favorite sports and a well stocked bar to wet your whistle. Their menu offered plenty of options from appetizers, salads and a variety of mains. We opted for their Adventures Chicken Sandwich and Jack Daniels Burger. The food was delivered timely even at dinner rush. It was well seasoned and delicious! I will absolutely return next time I am in town and recommend a stop. read more

Great little spot. I was staying in the adjacent hotel for a work trip and was really happy to see the connecting restaurant is a great one! Great service fast and tasty food at a fair price. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, the schnitzel was crispy and juicy, the potatoes were tender and flavorful, and the pickled cabbage was tangy and just the right amount of crunch. This is about the best supper place in Siren we found. Lots of bar and grills around- but not what we wanted. The first night I had a veggie quesadilla and some yummy moscato, and my niece had a flat bread pizza which looked amazing! And my sister and I remembered that when we went back a few nights later. The pizza was really good. Very good sauce, crunchy crust, good toppings. And the wine was again good. The servers here both times were super friendly, nice and attentive. We are tiring of going to bars in the area because almost every thing is fried in one way or another. plus they are not really bargains So, it was time to try Adventures again. My family and I decided to drive up and try Adventures as we have wanted to for sometime. We went in Mexican night and my wife tried a combo plate from the Mexican menu and the rest of us had burgers and a kids pizza. Service was great and they have a nice beer list with some local brewery's listed. We sat inside but could see the deck and that looked like a nice place to sit as well. The food came out fast and was hot. My wife did say her Mexican plate was only so so and wouldn't order that again. My burger and the kids meals tasted very good. I really like this place. Very friendly and homey. Its not a big menu but they have a very nice selection of foods. Right now they are celebrating Octoberfest. I had the bacon cheese burger and onion rings. And if you've read my reviews you know I love them and these were some of the best rings I've had in a long time. Burger was very good. Thick smoked bacon. And coming from NC where all burgers must be cooked well it's nice to order a medium and have some juice left in it. My Granddaughters had the veggie burger and it looked and she loved it. Daughter in law had a German special and really enjoyed it. My son had a bowl of potato corn soup. Looked good but was a little bland. And the kiddies had the mac and cheese. And some of the best news is They Serve PEPSI products and not Coke. Attended an amazing weekend with some friends and went to Adventures for drinks and dinner. We spent over $100 at the bar prior to dinner and were scolded by the bartender for being too loud, only because the owner/manager said we were being to loud. The food is mediocre at best and the staff is always working while sick (even throwing up) because otherwise they get shamed by Kim if they mention being sick and fired if they don't come in. Pour house has better food for cheaper and doesn't come with whatever plague is going around at that time. Got the club combo and had diarrhea for 2 days from it. Kim also openly mocked my disability in the dining room with customers present. Explained it to the owner and she didn't care and said it was between me and Kim despite claiming to have an open door policy for anything and everything. Nothing was done by management about a customer hitting a waitress my first night either. Really awful place to work and eat. read more

This is our usual spot when we're in Siren! We usually come here for sandwiches, pizza, wings etc, but today we did Sunday Brunch AYCE! Omelets, eggs Benedict, bread pudding, sausage, hash browns, pastries, fruit, and yogurt! It was yummy and quintessential midwestern comfort food. Be sure to stop by the gift shop next door as they always have lots of fun things to look at. Also the Lodge next door is a great place to stay if you're in this next of the woods. read more

This place was an adventure. Not in a good way. I called to ask how late they were serving food. The guy who answered says, "ah we close at 10pm". Me: "ok, do you know how late your kitchen is open for ordering food?" Guy says, "ahhhhhhh.....no I'm not sure...". Long pause. Me: "um, could you find out?" Guy "...well... yeah, ok I guess I'll ask, let me put you on hold". This guy was clueless and unprofessional. Then, later when we are actually there, I order a beer. I notice something is inside of it, like a cardboard coaster. I see there is indeed something in my beer. I look at the bottom of the cup to see a weird metal ring and what looks like a button. I press it. Beer goes everywhere because apparently it's a cool way to serve beer from a tap through the bottom of a glass, and the cardboard in my cup was a magnet holding the whole thing together. I mention to the server my beer exploded and my surprise. She rudely scoffs, rolls her eyes and says, "did you poke the bottom?" I explained how I thought it was something in there and got curious and how they should really warn people about this. She then points to a small, regular font caption at the bottom of the beer menu that says "don't poke the bottom". I was very disgusted and frustrated at the fact the notice for this special and pointless type of beer was very small and the restaurant and servers almost set me up for a lap and plate full of beer. In MN, servers would have been more friendly and said something like "how's it going today, ever been here before? We do something a little differently, we use a different type of keg....so make sure not to poke your beer". But I got no warning. What if I were blind or just couldn't read. Or I think his case, just assuming a beer glass is a regular glass. They neglected to say anything or take any responsibility for the fact they don't warn their customers their beer could explode on them if they damn be a curious person. Awful. read more

I'm not a judgemental person but we've gotten seated with her twice now, and each time has just been absolutely miserable... waste of money because let's be real people, you don't only pay for food you pay for atmosphere AND service! First time we got her, she was very RUDE and just shoved our plates in front of us. Called and complained about her and the owner said "it's not the first time we've had complaints about her" Ate there today and surprise surprise! Got her again.. while she took our orders, there was that underlying judgement I sensed from her, so much so that she screwed up 2 of our orders and didn't even apologize for it. I don't know why she still works there tbh. Not eating there anymore, Pour House up the street has better service. :) read more

Definitely a good place to stop for a bite. The food was delicious. The only issue I had was my steak was cooked incorrect. I asked for a medium rare and it came out well. It also wasn't season at all. Mistakes do happen so I would definitely come back. Our server was so nice. Wednesdays are half-price margaritas and that was pretty awesome. read more

First time yesterday 3pm patio with my wife. Last time we will dine here. Why? Filthy silverware. Opened 4 sets of silverware wrapped in a white paper napkin at the table with filth at least an inch up on the knives, cleaned my own fork. Spoke to waitress, she said others complain, "we have a problem with our dishwasher" Spoke to manager she said "the owner knows but doesn't do anything" I told the manager, I'm tipping 20%, tell the owner "we will never be back because filthy silverware indicates a filthy restaurant". Wonder what the health department would find growing on their silverware? read more

A 6 if there was one. The atmosphere was nice, the service was great, the food fantastic (best brat I've ever ate, house made with feta and spinach in the brat, with a cranberry infused spicy brown mustard that was so amazing). The coolest thing they had was the beer taps. Coming from the restaurant business they were of great interest and our server and the bartender gave me a private tasting and demonstration. These are no ordinary beer taps. The glass fills from the bottom up. Try to imagine it first. Each glass has a hole in the bottom of it with a magnet attached, when you place the glass on a round cylinder, press one of three buttons, the glass fills itself starting at the bottom. Absolutely fascinating. No over-spill and truly unique. I tried to take a video on my phone of it but it didn't turn out. Also, they had a 12 year old bourbon infused stout that just might be the best beer that has ever touched my lips. Such a good time. Last, but not least, was our server Shelley. Just an amazing personality. She made you feel like you were a VIP table. Her recommendations, personality, and style we outstanding. She reminded me of my servers that I had at the Flying Fish Café at Walt Disney World. She definitely went above and beyond. If you drive anywhere near Siren, go to Adventures. read more

Decent American food, and particularly convenient if you're staying at The Lodge (across the parking lot.) Quality of service varies, though I'm happy that, after a number of years, they finally have some officially gluten-free options on the menu. Finding those outside of major metro areas in the upper Midwest has proven to be far more of a challenge than I was expecting. read more

This place was nice with good food. We randomly stopped here on our way home to Minneapolis from a cabin in Hayward because of traffic. Our server Katy was awesome. She was probably one of the nicest/friendliness servers I have ever met. It's nice to meet people like her who go to work with a smile. It's kind of rare these days. I've eaten here 6-12 times a year for 20 years, with family, and also solo if up at nearby cabin by myself. I Have NEVER had a bad experience or bad food. Tonight I'm solo and enjoyed a cup of their famous wild rice soup and steak & Cesar salad combo washed down with two High Adventure amber beers. Food & service was excellent as usual. The ambiance here is great - woodsy décor, nice lighting, comfortable temp and seats. In nice weather there is a patio with a dozen tables. It's a Wednesday @ 7:30pm in late September and nearly all tables inside are filled with people having great chats with friends or family. They have a nice bar seat area (seats a dozen) that is often filled with singles or, mid-week, people in the area on overnight work trips, probably staying at hotel next door. Summary-excellent place for smaller groups/family dinners with robust menu selection of hearty food. Staff is friendly and attentive- even during busy times. read more

Our waitress was new and didn't know everything, but I'll give her a pass because she was still learning! She didn't know the specials off the top her head, but got them right away when we asked. The burger I ordered was a bit dry and overcooked. The fries that came with it were cold and limp. Thankfully, the burger I ordered was on special that night and was only $6.99. I would only return here if I stayed at The Lodge again (it's right across the parking lot). read more
