We were passively house-shopping by ourselves over the past year with no luck using just Zillow searches. Talal was proactive and followed up with answering our questions and meeting us again 2 months after the open house to familiarize what our criteria were and devise a realistic plan to get there. We had great communication and understanding of each other since we are all parents with specific time schedules which makes me appreciate him so much more when he became our realtor.
