Coach Dwight gave me exercises that helped me eliminate pain and continue to train regularly. He also modified exercises for me when necessary so that I could get the training I needed. The academy itself is really clean and there is a lot of parking. They have ample mat space as well as a lot of seating with a couple of couches and a wall of chairs to spectate from. The dressing rooms are also separated from the restroom. It was a great first impression, my nephew has been with this academy for some time now and enjoys it here. I told him to tone it down and 10 Seconds later he throws a full blown spinning heel kick to the liver and drops an 11 year old???You guys should be embarrassed of yourselves and you give MMA a bad name!
