I called in on 2/27 asking for a price to replace it and was told they would have to get back to me. Ok no problem, I'm sure I was one of dozens of calls they got for that same thing. Fast forward to Monday April 3, I emailed the owner directly because I have not heard anything back after what I feel was a very generous amount of time I waited. No response. Keep in mind all I wanted was a price on a panel and I would even be willing to install it myself. I waited another week and still no response. Sunday April 9 I emailed the owner again asking for a price or at least a model number so I knew what to order. I got a (what I deemed as) rude email back telling me "currently working on the April 14 NEM 2 deadline all service calls and correspondence has been put on hold until we get past this deadline. As you mentioned this is not a warranty issue and it is not an emergency". I'm sorry I didn't realize you couldn't find 3 minutes get me a price on a panel or even tell me your reason for the delay within the almost 2 months I've waited. This is the level of service after the sale $58,000 gets you. Our installation was delayed due to Covid-19 and their inability to get the materials. Our install was scheduled for April of 2022 and was completed in July of 2022. The installation crew was fantastic! They were professional, courteous, on time and cleaned up each day after they were finished. They answered any questions or concerns we had. The electrician and his team was also very professional, courteous and provided detailed explanations on what he would be doing. The GM Jordan was very thorough, courteous and professional during his final walk through. He went over every aspect of the job ensuring it was installed correctly. He took photos and documented any areas of concern or that he wanted to have looked at more closely. The project took 6 days to install and two days for the electrician, a total of 8 days. On the build day they showed up at the time that we were told they and went right to work. They left there work area clean and closed all gates in the area that they were working. On the day of final walk through with Tyler it so happened to be raining, we happened to notice a minor leak and pointed it out to Tyler. They were professional about coming out right away to fix the leak. I am happy to say that it is leak free now. We also contacted with Majestic Builders to repair an other enclosed covered patio that was built by an other contractor & had leaked since day one. We never was able to get him to come out and repair it. We are happy to say that Majestic went all out and it is now leak free.
