After visiting this urgent care 100% understand why. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Along with the nurses assistant walking me through everything, and the nurse practitioner was very adamant about finding a solution to my problem. Which made me feel a lot of relief about the experience. This is one of the best urgent cares I've been to in my lifetime. I would recommend this experience to anyone if needed, of course.

Recently had short notice that I was going to need to take a flight- I am terrified of flying due to recent crashes. I called and got an appointment in 2 days, my doctor was understanding and compassionate and validating. I was able to have medication for my flight the same day. I'm on my flight home now feeling great and not at all afraid. Truly a lifesaver, I am so grateful for the professionals here! You all are incredible at what you do! Not to mention, had bloodwork done about a year ago and discovered the only person that can have me in and out of that chair within one minute without me passing out. Amazing staff, amazing work!!

When I arrived, my pain level was intense, I could hardly walk; he diagnosed my issue within minutes, he was thorough, professional, articulate, very knowledgeable; and took his time in explaining in detail my issues, his recommendation and how he was going to address the problem. He had me out the door with little, to no pain in about 45 minutes. I've been more than satisfied with Kevin's diagnosis, it was spot on....and my recovery has been impressive. He was everything you would expect (and more) from a consummate professional. I'd definitely recommend Kevin!

I can't speak to an in clinic experience because I never received care. Also, the people who…read moreanswered my calls were very friendly. However, my doctor referred me to Palmetto because my insurance company no longer wanted to pay facility fees. Doctors office sent in order to Palmetto for my cancer treatment, marked stat because I was already 2 treatments behind due to the insurance issue. My doctor's office was told by Palmetto that I could get treatment there. I called every few days to check on when I could get treatment, was told they have a process to follow and that I would get a welcome call within a week. Again told they did administer my medication there. After 3 weeks of waiting and getting further behind on treatment, I received a call saying they actually do not administer my medication at their clinic. Precious time wasted! So I am very disappointed in their lack of communication.
