She is truly an amazing doctor. She coached him through several situations, and finally was instrumental in getting him into the care that he needed so that he could return to having a healthy life. She and Nick go up and beyond for their patients. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, because they save my brother .....they did this for me; they could do the same thing for your family member.

Their business model dictates that you see whoever is available, almost always a PA. Hence, there is little assurance of continuity of care. The doctor I saw on my second visit spent our entire time together explaining how she couldn't do this, couldn't do that, that the other was against their policies, etc.
