Someone came out to scan the info in my car door .The person in line behind me gave up waiting and backed out , allowing me to back out and leave as well. I did not receive any service , yet they sent me an invoice saying they checked my tire pressure? I understand that maybe the customer that was in the bay was having additional services done, or maybe they were short staffed, but at least tell your customers in line there's going to be a long wait.

I love that they have never tried to up-sell or pressure me to buy anything extra. The last time I had my oil changed, the guy working on my car noticed one of my tire valves was missing a cap, so he put a new one on for me while he was filling my tires. I thought that was really nice! Never have gotten that kind of service at a oil shop before, most places would've ignored it. Fun tip: you get a coupon for a free car wash next door with every oil change!

No one says anything about problems during the oil change, but days later, I have repair bills in excess of $1000. After this happened two times, I thought it was coincidence. But here I am again, with a major leak a week after getting an oil change at this business. The people are nice, but I'm at a point that I won't be coming back ever. It's suspect. And I can't afford more damage to my car.

Some they can do (and do much cheaper than other places) and some they can't. But they're always helpful and honest and kind. As a woman, I especially appreciate that they don't inflate thier prices (because so many places have and it's frustrating and expensive). I've gotten my oil changes there for over 10 years. I've had my back and front brakes done there for an extremely good price (thank you Charlie). It's a great place to go. They're trustworthy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They tell me what my car needs done, but never pressure me into doing it (cause for me money is sometimes an issue). I truly appreciate that.

Team diagnosed noise issue as needing a transfer case replacement. They offered a certified used…read morepart to replace, roughly 50% cost of new part and I agreed. After picking up the repaired vehicle 5 days later, the transfer case failed catastrophically within 20 miles of highway driving (left me stranded on highway with drive shaft decoupled from the transfer case). Had the vehicle towed back to Fast Lane. They took 2 weeks to replace the transfer case (they said it was under warranty), but they refused to cover my towing expenses (less than $300). I called them multiple times and was told multiple times that their manager would call me back, but they never called me back. Grungy lobby, disorganized & cluttered shop space, poor customer service. I will not return to this shop and I cannot recommend.

Rated not good. Mechanic was not proficient at his job. Requested my rack and pinion gets…read moreinstalled. Mechanic took 2 days to get it done. Not only was it not completed in a timely manner he also broke my cars clock spring by disconnecting the steering shaft because he couldnt complete the job properly so now my steering wheels controls do not work and my paddle shifters are non functional cause significant issues. I would not recommend this mechanic unfortunately. He caused more issues than solving.
