The iPad broke Fri morning, Brad had it fixed as promised within 48 hours, and we had it in hand Sunday afternoon. It took about 20 mins to get to Brad's place from Congress Hall. I have even let the phone ring for 3 minutes straight, and still I was ignored. On the occasions I have gone to the store, customer service has been horrible. Read Patricia R's review! I fell for the free iPad as Patricia R. and I agree with her that it was all a scam! I returned to the store immediately, but they refused to take the iPad back! I went home and called T-Mobile's main #. I was told to go straight back to the store, and they would have alerted them to take back the iPad and cancel all monthly fees associated with it.
