While running through the awful streets of Philly my bf managed to throw his phone somehow (LOL) and cracked his whole screen. Considering we're on a road trip and need the GPS; I immediately search for help on Yelp. We made it into AC around 3pm. I made a call to the shop asking for price and time on a repair for an iPhone 6S+. He said to come in by 4pm to get the repair done before they close at 6pm and it would be around $110. Most places charge around $100 in NY and we're literally at anyone's mercy by now so we agreed. We got to the shop around 4:20pm because check in took longer than expected but they took in our phone with no problem. I was worried we would have to leave it over night and they're not open Sunday so that would have been a bust. We drove down the street to an outdoor bar, had a beer and about 45 min later we got the call our phone is ready! Awesome quick flip. The guys are professional. The shop is clean. They gave us AC casino advice that was clutch! Over all a 5 Star experience considering our time crunch. Phone works great! read more

I worked at this business so I am biased, but G is one of the smartest, hardest working, honest, and knowledgeable owners I've ever worked for. He is meticulous with everything he does and sets extremely high standards for himself, which I do as well and I would have stayed working with him if other opportunities didn't present themselves. If you have an apple device that needs repair there's no where I would recommend to take it except ERS. I have first-hand knowledge he has the best equipment and highest quality parts that are available from a very reputable vendor. He is also highly skilled at all types of computer repair including hard drive replacement , os reinstall, data transfer, diagnostics, laptop screen repair/replacement in multiple makes and models. He also supports local businesses with technical support and has all the best tools for management including remote management. When I brought the laptop in, the team that checked me in conducted a thorough fact finding and in turn, a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. What a nightmare these guys are! First off, they will try to charge you for anything they can...1) They tried charging me over $100 to install OS onto my mac when its FREE!!! the applecare people laughed when I told them that. 2) Later on, I needed a small part to install and he actually told me he would have to charge me to look up the part (it literally took me less than 45 seconds to find on amazon) Then, after I needed to order a new part, they very rudely told me they didnt have 3 ft of space to store my computer while I waited for the part, so I literally had to go back and pick up my computer and re drop it off later. When I brought it back with the new part, he told me I needed another part!!! They are incompetent. So once again, I had to take my computer back and make yet another trip back when the other part came in. I brought it back a third time and they literally lost the screws to put my computer back together. If that wasnt bad enough, they actually blamed me for losing them (which was impossible bc they clearly never gave them to me, which I told them when I first picked it up and asked where the screws were, and he replied "I dont know, Im not the technician that took it apart") Then after they repeatedly couldnt find the screws, they had the gull to tell me I had to order new ones. This is not a joke, and I cant even explain how absurd this all was. Finally they finished installing a hard-drive for me, weeks later by now, and after I brought it home the computer wouldnt recognize the hard drive!! Which means they either incompetently installed it incorrectly, or installed it incorrectly on purpose, so I would have to bring it back and pay their "Bench fee" which they try so hard to make everyone pay for no reason. Good god, dont ever get involved with these guys. I wish there was a zero or negative rating bc one star does not tell the truth. read more

I brought my samsung s4 for repair and in having an additional one that happen to be damaged also the technician manage to take the two broke and phones and making one operating phone. I dropped my laptop a few days before the semester started and quickly called the Emergency Repair Shop because I am taking 3 online classes and needed it fixed urgently.
