I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and checked in at 5 pm. No one provided me with an update or acknowledged that they were running behind. At 5:45, 30 minutes past my appointment, I told the employee that I checked in with that I would be leaving because they were 30 minutes behind. No apology, no attempt to keep a customer, no acknowledgment that they messed up. I will NEVER return here, and anytime someone asks about barber shops I know whose name to tell them to avoid like the plague. I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.

Honestly, everyone there has always been great and given me a good haircut. The service is 10/10 and just a good vibe overall. I was told that I could make an appointment or just go as a walk-in, which I did. Wasn't far from my home and was pretty easy to find. My barber ended up being Dave and couldn't have asked for a more polite and courteous person. Explained what I wanted and what I like and was perfectly understood, which can be hard in some places. Dave explained the services with the beard including the straight razor and hot towel treatment. I was extremely happy with my haircut and felt good about going to an interview. My wife loved the haircut as well. With the customer service, the price, the offered services, and overall good atmosphere, I will certainly be back.
