I really enjoyed the cd quality and the case had no scratches, or broken pieces. I had been waiting a long time to find this cd so having it now is mind-blowing. The booklet with all of the lyrics has amazing pictures included, as well as the picture behind the cd. No poster included which is a bummer but everything else makes up for it. I played it all the way through with no skips, although I did drop it and the case broke really easily which I guess is expected with cheap plastic. I did spend around $15 and the shipping was almost the same amount as the product itself which is not the best. Overall, my expectations were met and I expected nothing less since I ordered from the official website. I would definitely repurchase from this website because the products are great and physical media lovers would really enjoy the variety of items there are. The website was very easy to navigate and includes many different music artists and products such as cd's, vinyl's, clothing merch, etc. It also has occasional holiday sales which is what lead me to purchase this cd. Furthermore, the majority of items here are expensive and not worth the price. That being said, this FYE does offer lots of movies, posters, candy, and unique items. Also, this FYE has vinyls which seems to be a fad right now and they often offer sales on movies. Forbye, this FYE sometimes gets celebrities to do autograph signings which is interesting. It's usually former WWE wrestlers or former sports players. In the final instance, this FYE is a decent store, but it used to be much better.

I personally find a lot of the stuff here cool and I love vintage games, but the prices are ridiculous. A lot of these games cost well over $20 and some are over $100. The old PlayStation 2 games are about $20 a piece and I can buy them online for half that. In similar fashion, the brand new video games usually cost more here than anywhere else, I suggest going to GameStop instead. I would also like to mention that the employees here are usually rude and treat the customers poorly. However, this Jay St. does have a lot of classic movie posters and large variety of vintage games even if they are overpriced. He offered me at least $50 less for it because of this. In addition, they rejected another one of my items because they "couldn't get it to charge". Needless to say I did not sell my items to them. I got home popped a Verizon SIM card in my iPhone and LO AND BEHOLD the phone works. I also plugged the other item in and LO AND BEHOLD it charged right up and held its charge. Basically they wasted an hour of my life and lost business. I do hope the guy who told me my iPhone was locked just made an honest mistake BUT he would have some money to gain if he had convinced me to sell it to him at the lower locked price then turned around and sold it as an unlocked. My suggestion to you would be to make sure you go on the CEX website and get your own quote for the items you are thinking of bringing in. Secondly, try and be in the store when the manager Alissa is working because she actually knows what she's doing. Several of the employees there are unprofessional, slightly rude, and don't know how to do their job correctly.
