Arrived to my appointment and checked in. Come to find out I had to activate an iPhone security bypass that takes an hour (not their fault). Hang out for another hour, disable the security bypass and check in again with the Geek Squad. Informed that they do not have the replacement battery in stock and cannot order one. Refered back to an Apple Repair Center. Issues: - Should have not accepted my appointment if parts not in stock - Should have check inventory on first check-in and avoid an waste of an hour. - Should be able to order the battery - they say they can not. If you have more than one option, I would avoid Bullseye Disc. They don't do business the right…read moreway, and wouldn't own their mistakes. We recently did a small run of discs with them, and submitted all files according to their art specs and templates. In their internal processes, they reordered our pages and printed them out of order. When I asked them about it, they said they had to "retemplate our files" and that we should have noticed that they did that (when the art looked exactly like we submitted it, in the order they asked for, with some labels that changed, and without them telling us they would be "retemplating" our files). They told us we needed to pay for reprint of new booklets, and I asked them to do the reprint at cost, since it was their mistake. They declined, needed to make even more money from us through their internal errors. I would choose anyone else to do business with. They aren't reputable. Go somewhere else!
