This is a review for my wife's red light ticket (no turn on red) caught on camera. Basically her citation was $490 with schooling and we asked Fyourticket to help us out. We paid them around $300-350 for their service and to cut the story short, we are now due to pay $302 for the ticket with schooling as final verdict. Other than the hassle-free, we ended up paying more. I asked them why they weren't able to win the case and the only explanation I got was they have 10% chance to lose, no assurance. The main reason why I'm dropping this to 1 star is that they will never update you about your case. I never got a call nor e-mail about the final verdict of our case. I've been the one calling them on the phone just to check if there's any update when I get a letter about the case from the court. When I called and asked how is it going and they said it's been finalized. I never got an email about it until I asked them so. I get that maybe our case isn't as big as the others but a simple voicemail or e-mail update would've been nice. This just reflects how they don't value their clients. And fyi, this is my second time with them so it was literally the same experience as last time. I asked them for the 2nd time because my friend is somewhat affiliated with them. If you're okay with that and that's fine. But for me, an update even just once in a while helps. P.S. they never called us throughout the case. I would like to write this review so many others can understand the expectations. To give background, I was given a speeding ticket "22438(b)" Speeding ticket which is over 100mph. I understand that there isn't much to expect when going to court for such a heavy offense. However, I'm not really angry with the results that was given to me because of my actions. It's the lawyer who helped me and his actions that caused me to get full consequences. At the end of the trial the judge gave me a $850+ Fine, 30 Day License Suspension, and 2-Points on my record. Upon arrival at the court house the Lawyer came to 1 minute before we entered the court and asked me 1 questions. Would you like to accept the 2-week suspension with no contest? At first I was mind boggle because he came up to me in such a small amount of time because I was worried if he was even going to show up. He simply just called out my name and I raised my hand and he walked up to me. He told me he will give me time to think but within that timeframe we then all got walked into the courtroom. Keep in mind, I was about 30 minutes early and there was a 15-minute grace period before we walked in. When inside the courtroom the attorney presented my case and I was brought up. He spoke to the judge and simply just accepted the offer he gave me without my response "2-weeks with no contest". The Judge denied it and I had to sit back down until my trial. After sometime I was finally brought up to the judge with my attorney and the officer. The officer began to plead his case stating he paced me from 500 yards going 120mph..etc. When it was the attorneys turn he asked 1 question which was just re-phrasing what the officer said and then said "No more questions your honor". He didn't even try to fight the case... Like I said I understand my situation is my fault but what was the point of me paying for your service to just repeat what the officer said and get me max penalty? I would put 0 Star if I could. read more
