I hired The Ticket Clinic and was represented by Benjamin Issakhrian for a traffic ticket. It was a complete waste of money. I still qualify for traffic school, so they didn't technically lose the case, but I got stuck paying a lot of money to the court anyway. On top of that, I still had to pay them. Terrible experience and ineffective representation. Paying the fee and traffic school would have been easier and less stressfull (FYI ; traffic school is cheap) I could not volunteer for LA28 for driving service because of them. Seriously, to those of you looking to this firm for assistance - think twice. The Attorney assigned to our case (Benjamin Ozarium) was a total rookie and out of his depth - these attorney's rely on the cops not showing up in court to win cases. No communication, no support, no interest in hearing or understanding our side of the story. When it came to the hearing date, the cop showed up, and he totally folded - $465 fine plus 1 point on license (plus $299 fee) - total BS! Not even a negotiation for traffic school. NOTHING! If you have any doubt (and I hope you do after reading this review), or your case is anything more "complex" that you cant fight on your own, - trust me, spend the extra dollars and get a proper attorney. I was caught bobtailing in one of the left lanes in California at the 60 west and 57 north junction which is about 8 lanes across... I didn't even know you can't be in the left lane when you are just bobtailing no trailer attached... anyways these guys pushed and pushed my court date back for about 6-8 months... just to lose and me pay a ticket.. they couldn't even get it reduced to something smaller. apparently they are beating cases with drivers speeding down the grapevine but can't even beat this case when I was going 10 'under the speed limit because it was prime time traffic. If you have a speeding ticket, do not use this company. They will charge you for nearly the same amount of the amount owed, and you'll still be found guilt of the charges. The Ticket Clinic will not be able to lower the amount or get you off the hook of the charges. If you are lucky, they'll show up to court on your behalf, just to plead guilty. Look up other reviews on the internet. This is one of those companies that prey on people hoping to avoid paying full fines and going to traffic school. We ended up paying their fees, plus the original fee of the ticket. Such a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! First of all, they got me traffic school after I already had done traffic school once. So I basically paid for traffic school, which ended up not counting because they didn't bother to check to see the timeframe of the overlap in my last violation. I assumed they got me traffic school without the additional point, but they didn't. So my insurance went up significantly. I have called and emailed Sarah about 5 times with no response. So paying them was useless, they got me nothing I couldn't have done for myself. They didn't do their due diligence, which is what you are paying them to do. These guys are scam do not give them any of your information you will find unauthorized charges made to your bank account do not trust them. I fired them after my arraignment and against my wishes they still sent somebody to my court date and even though the lawyer didn't do anything because the charges were dismissed by the judge this morning almost 3 months later without my authorization they charged $550 to my account fraudulently do not trust these guys they're scammers and they will make unlawful charges to your account and obviously they don't even care if they have a signed retainer agreement or anything with you because they certainly didn't have one with me. This was my first time using the ticket clinic. It was referred to me by a friend so I figured i'd give it a shot. To say the LEAST it was unsuccessful and ended up costing me $357 more than just paying the tickets themselves. The do this funny thing where they "fight your ticket in court" They send you a letter saying good news you don't have to pay the ticket cost but you do still have to do a 4hr class (as stated on the ticket to prevent points) and you have to pay the court fees which are always equal to the ticket cost itself! The only winner is the ticket clinic. This is one big massive SCAM and I would never recommend this to anyone I know. This honestly should be illegal. read more

I had them represent me for a not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. The hearing date was delayed over and over again for a year, until the judgement was ruled against me. These guys are great! A friend of mine in Florida recommended them to me when I mentioned I had recently gotten a ticket in California. First the ticket story: It was about 5:00 a.m. and I was headed to work about 2 hours out of town, so I stopped and grabbed a coffee. I had just moved to Santa Clarita a month or so before this so I was new to the area and didn't really know the streets or street signs. I pulled out of the Starbucks making a left turn to get on the freeway, and maybe 5 seconds after I pulled out I saw the discos behind me. I had no idea why he was pulling me over, in fact I assumed he was going to fly by me but he didn't. The Officer came to window and the first thing he says to me was "didn't you see that sign?" I literally had no clue what he was talking about. He proceeded to tell me I missed a "no right turn" sign, in a tone that would make it sound like it was 30 feet tall or something. It wasn't by the way! It was tucked in behind a tree and it was pitch black out. I was expecting a warning once he saw the non local license but he wrote me a $380 ticket. I saw 2 or 3 cars on the road...nearly no one and this guy was sitting there waiting for people to make left turns to ding them for a quick almost $400 Anyway...I was furious. With a clean record, and not knowing the area, in my opinion, this was warning worthy. I had my mind made up, I was going to fight it, regardless of the outcome. I got on ticket clinics website, put in my info and got an estimate for what they would charge to contest the ticket. It was approximately the same price of the ticket, so I felt that was appropriate. They assigned me an attorney and I literally just waited for updates. No real leg work on my end. After a couple of continuations, I received a text from my attorney saying the case was dismissed. I wasn't even expecting it, so when it popped up it made my day. It was actually my attorney too on the text and not some automated text from a computer. He replied and thanked me for my business. They are never able to drop my speeding ticket down by even $1. Always found guilty and have to pay in full. What's the point?

At the beginning of October of this year, I received a notice from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, a debt collection law firm. This was allegedly in reference to a red light ticket the summer of 2014. In addition to this alleged violation, I was allegedly sent a Notice to Appear which I did not receive. I have never received a moving violation and I don't even think I have had a parking ticket in a decade so I was pretty flustered to receive this especially since a conviction could have meant having points on my record 8+ years after this alleged offense. Initially, I called The Law Offices of Hart J Levin but he did not handle this kind of thing and when I asked for a referral, The Ticket Clinic, was one of the names he threw out there. I was a bit skeptical but being more concerned about points on my record than the ~$500 fine they were trying to slap me with, I thought I would try it. I was charged $349 - and the higher price I believe was due to the alleged failure to appear for the summons I did not receive (sigh). I was largely hands off during the process aside from providing the requested documents and offering to provide supporting evidence or documents to indicate that I never received either of these things. My arraignment was yesterday and I received a document same day saying that my attorney, Ben Issakhrian, appeared on my behalf and all charges were dismissed. I received no points and no conviction will appear on my record. I am honestly very pleased and grateful. This was also resolved in about a month. They sent me a letter which read; Ben Issak appeared on my behalf Blah, Blah and Blah....and After conferring with the (CITING OFFICER) it was determined that a trial would end in a guilty verdict...I'm laughing. I paid ticket clinic $299.00 to fight a speeding citation from Victorville Ca. Court date was supposed to be Feb 10 but I get an email from them saying they went to court January 10 (before the court date) and the evidence caused me to lose the case. I now have to pay the court the amount of the ticket plus traffic school fees and I have a month to do so after waiting for the ticket clinic to resolve this issue almost a year! How was I guilty and the court date hadn't arrived yet! This ticket has ended up costing me over double than the original price on the citation which is nearly $600 dollars and I'm so disappointed.
