I feel scammed. Please avoid. My wife got a ticket-looking at her phone while stopped at a red light. The ticket was for ~$163, no-points. I hired Ticket Crushers Law in hopes to get the "ticket crushed". (Ticket Crushers is in-network-provider with Metlife so I get their services for lesser than $163). They took multiple months, and later sent me a victory email "A lawyer went to court to fight your ticket, and was able to get a tremendous outcome.". The outcome being, pay ~$234, even higher than the actual ticket. I was better off not involving them. FAILED!!! read more

I got assigned to Ticket Crushers through my legal plan to help fight a $486 red light camera ticket. I turned right on red while the oncoming traffic still had a red light. I also have a clean driving record. Seemed like a pretty solid defense, but I have no idea if (or how) Ticket Crushers argued my case. They give you no details. I was even told I would have to pay to speak to the attorney that "represented" me! In the end, I got a form letter saying I owed $263 and had to attend traffic school. I'm highly skeptical that they really argued my case. They won't answer any questions. I'm giving 2 stars since there was a reduction in my fee (and I didn't have to go to court myself). I loved this service, it was hassle free and took away all the unnecessary anxiety/annoyance you get with a ticket. Even though my case dragged on for 3 years, it didn't affect me at all, I got updates on any changes to the case, I really didn't have to do anything at all except upload a few pictures of the ticket and letters I received.
