I reached out to Randy to handle a traffic violation ticket for me hoping he would either get the ticket dismissed, the fee reduced if he couldn't get the ticket dismissed and the point off of my record so my car insurance wouldn't go up. Well 6 months later with little communication in between I am paying the same amount for my traffic violation and I still had to attend traffic school to avoid the point from being on my record plus the fee he charged me to handle this case.
