I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. When the installer, Axel, arrived, I asked him several times to verify the material, and he repeatedly confirmed the material was pressure-treated while on-site. The following day, a neighbor who is a contractor informed me that the panels installed are actually untreated pine. That has also been confirmed by Home Depot employee. I contacted Axel to request that he fulfill the original contract by installing the correct pressure-treated panels. While he acknowledged the discrepancy, he refused to rectify the situation. I will never hire Axel company again. The fence post is covered with a lot of mildew. Axel has used the cheapest materials.
